The real problem is see is not about the lies you told but about the kind of person you are. How can you have a fiance and you still live with your parents?? How can you take care of her and your kids when you earn less than her?? How can you even rent an apartment and buy the necessary things?? Who will sponsor the marriage?

Pls make sure you work very hard on yourself. I doubt she'll forgive you and want to continue with the relationship. Obviously, she doesn't even know you but make sure you confess to her.

Do it in a proper manner and tell her how much you love her and value the relationship. Let her in on how you intend to carry out your responsibilities-taking care of her and providing for the family.
