Hello doctor in the house, please what could be the cause of constant heavy headache, dizziness and drowsiness?

Someone very close to me experiences these constantly. Orthodox and unorthodox treatments has been prescribed and administered but these symptoms still persist.

I don't think this is miracle because those into agriculture can graft Tangerine on branches of orange tree and other fruit yielding trees like Mangoes etc.

1985 School Fees for second term was N7 (Seven Naira) while third term was N10 (Ten naira)

Exam Fee was N5 (five naira) in 1986

On the average today, Primary School Fee is not less than N20,000. Correct me if am wrong.

In '86, a policy was introduced where each pupil was required to show evidence of tax paid by his/her parent or guardian. I experienced this in the old imo state then.
