Also what is the sun is low, will it charge and also be using it. Just like using a phone? After the sin goes down, will it still last upto the hours it's supposed to last if not using it?

Once the sun is up so long the system isn't overloaded it'd still be charging. However if the sun's intensity is low using it while charging could be counter productive as it'd take much longer time for the system to charge to full capacity
