hello, please i paid the 10000 online and the payment has been approved. i however got a mail to drop off my document at the submission point, nothing was said about an upload.

Ignore the mail. I got same, went to their office only to be directed to their online portal to upload the documents.
The mail is auto-generated and it seems the database administrator forgot to remove it when the process was changed.
Bottom line, go to the site I posted earlier and upload all the documents, remember to affix a passport photo to the application form.

The site will request for a scanned copy of all:
1) Application Form (with passport photograph affixed)
2) Payment Receipts
3) Availability approval page.
4) depending on nature of business you might need to attach a proficiency certificate.

1) There no need for stamp duty when registering a Business Name
2) CAC no longer does physical form submission in some states, to confirm you state first. Once complete the forms can be scanned and submitted online via http://new.cac.gov.ng/home/
click on document upload.

I still don't understand why the commission has 3 different websites, but overall i think their web portal is quite responsive.

I use ntel unlimited in Kubwa, its way better and cheaper compared to Mtn, I watch Netflix, download games to Ps4, a lot of YouTube streaming, connects to my phones and laptop, update is never a problem as long as my sub is active, not as fast as Mtn 4g tho, but more reasonable. With 12,500 you are good for the month.

Nice, that was my first choice but was skeptical about coverage strength where I stay.
I might try that depending on how this spectranet continues.
