Maybe this will help. When it was time for my interview which was 11:25am I expected their call, when they didn't call me by 11:26am, I called them but they disconnected the line and sent me a message that they'll call shortly. I waited till 12:30pm, yet no call. Then I sent them a message checking in as to the delay and that I have been waiting since. They then said they called but I was not there. I told them it might be a network glitch. They called me then in the next two minutes. The interview took just 4 minutes.
