NOTING SWEET like when people like your work and ready to pay for your services......... then to work even if it’s under the SEA will not be a problem for you so far there is safety and you have full capacity to monitor such work in other to deliver well satisfactory job... then to work in PLUTO is achievable.

(2) Who does the laying?. Is it a tiler or a bricklayer or a specialist?.

(3) What is the cost of laying?.

1. Sand and cement
2 . Tiler with supervision of a builder ( optional)
3.from 400-700 depends on location and how good the tiler is

Is it N4500 per meter or N4500 per Square Meter?.

For a room of 14 ft by 13 ft, what will the cost come to?.

Both are in sqm
And a room of 14*13ft will need 17sqm +3sqm for skating total 20sqm

NL1960:
Please how is this wooden tiles sold and what is the cost?.

The Nigeria one used here sold for 4500 per meter
While the Spanish one on the carton sold for 7500 per meter

Both are not bad, but to me I can change the 2 designs and put it in the middle where you have 3 giant windows.

The projected verander and the room can have same colour of paint and the middle brick will contrast the both sides paint.
