Conduit shower mixer for all the toilet except master. Madam toilet comes with double shower that can serve Two person at a go.(conduit and surface shower mixer tap system.)

Thailand instant water heater, you don't need to wait for the water to boil before you take your bath, ones you switch it on you will have HOT WATER immediately ( don't forget this doesnt retains water, no light no hot water ) it's very good where there is a constant light, it comes with shower kit

The height of the building without roof is 20ft, so there will be a good pressure of water to the upper part of he building ( height of the stanchion is 30ft) more so we are going to use bigger diameter upvc for the supply.
Hope I have answered the question sir.

Good observation @aventure.
More so what is the height of the fence he qouted 4500 blocks for bcs OP didn't mention the height here also how many openings, what is the condition of the land all this need to put into consideration before given qoute. ...and 2000 block for the columns.
You better go for professional to give you better and accurate qoute that can finish your project as A venture
Suggested.
