This design is mainly designed for cabinet which is the modern kitchen design throughout the world now and it will show the marble top without the tray (wing) i so much like it because the inner part of it is very deep to accomodate plates

I see that public display of prices of things in nigeria is nothing to write home about just like western word use to do.
Such as
Wal-Mart
Home depot
E bay.
Etc

I can see that here in nigeria the the problem is some people have dubious characters, some are afraid of loose customers, although i can see that those who are willing to display the price will have doubted mind that his own product is genuine one and if he display the price some buyer will say the prices are too outrageous. knowingly that there are many fake product that looks alike with lesser price but which is not clear to the buyer

@bixton, there will still be little sediment likely to be occure in small quantity in section A of the safety tanks
Although it will be increases as year goes on but it will take so many yrs before it will filled up, Moslty its foul water that do filled up most non sectional safety tank but in this case the foul water will be semi clean and sink down at suck away section of the system mostly in dry land area.

@aventure thanks for more input if i said it will work , it will work by channeling the water to the public drainge which i said ealier, .the only details that is not in my post is that the water needs to be treated.thanks for more explanation (mostly recycling method is well adopted by european )

@Topsy long time how work ,nna only you dey chop your money you no dey call me again... back to your question it will work fine in any terran the waste water from the suck away will be channel to public public drainage as normal way we channel water to the drainage since water logged area land cant suck much water during the raining season.... ( there will be no foul odor)

All water from the safety tank will later go to suck away plus water from bath all together which will then be sink down.


Dont be surprised the water from the safety tank foul water.(shit water) will become semi clean as that of bath water when it comes out from that last section of the safety tank without bad odour.

@diordave,you are right its work of pop to make the wall surface smooth but painter need to prepare any surface he or she wanted to work on to be more smoother than that of pop guys bcs painters do the wall finishings after there work no more wall finishing on the said surface

@segzy14 you are correct people are now using the height you just mentioned but there is standard set for most of the building component ONLY window thaat doesn't have standard throughout the word windoware only constructed according to the structure or the occupant

However *saydfact* is still correct
I also think may be they can do new edition of standard buildings code again as things are changing everyday

Its just that here in nigeria the percentage of the people that follow standard building code to erect our building and others related structures are few.

Although the problem is the country we are i beleived every body like good things at the right time

The country economy doesn't permit most poeple to follow the standard which caused building collapsing everywhere now.
Some that dont have money are ready to wait and save somemoney to start the project but before you know land graber will sell off the land.

Already this building as attached by biological defect,
And you need to correct it now so that you building will not become sick. ( dont be surprised building do sick and they do diagnose it)

SOLUTION .

What you wanted to do now, i can term it as floor finishing/finishings (BECAUSE what is entails to be oversite concrete is no more there.)

You need to uproot any small trees there and prepare a well good grade of concrete mixture may be gade M10 and of well workable concrete and stuffed the block holes there with hardcore (because i can see that you use 225mm block for the substructure and 150mm for the superstructure which gives gap holes). You can .make the concrete thickness to be 75-100mm , this is not the oversite concrete standard but just because you wanted to safe cost and as i terms is as floor finishing

Also when you wanted to do the outer wall rendering and inner part of the building plastering make sure you use standard mortar ratio for the job because that biological deafect as affected the block to be weak a little.
