Italian, Turkish and Spanish are the best but you can only get much verities in design,colour, sizes, in abundant while go for spanish , Turkish and Italian has limited design,colour in Nigeria MKT

Some nigeria product and china are good but not all, if you have low or medium budget you can go for it.
All hand are not equall

As you said, that the only issue now is the pipe. Hch is halve way inside the septic tank,
There is solution to it.
1.get what we called non~return valve plastic type or brass of the same pipe size you have there, call your plumber to fix it to the extreme end of pipe inside the septic tank, this valve we allow waste water into the septic tank and it will not allow water to flow in back.

2. Go and get motorcycle inner tube like 2ft long insert it to the end of the pipe inside the septic tank and leave about 1ft plus this will remain free and it will face downward , water will flow into the tank and it can't flow back through the rubber with this, it means the water will riise to the upper area above the pipe without entering the pipe back

To save cost in runing plumbing work in Nigeria building.
-hot water in toilet wash hand basin is not really necessary (with this you save cost of mixer tap,hot water pipe line and kittle workmanship)
-while running pipe to safety tank in a commercial building that has about 10 toilets or more its advisable to use bigger diameter pipe like 150mm this will prevents blockage of chamber always and also reduce number of chamber in a building.

Yes hajj Same method here, when choosed Pre cast method
@egun to switch bqck to Pre cast method here again means he will spend to fill the excavated are back and re dig it again when sinking the concrete, that will be double spending oo .that is why I suggested cast in-Situ

Yes ,you are right hajji, but according to the pics posted, the man has dug the suck/safety tank already so what need now is concrete but cast in-Situ, but he will need an expert to carry out the job for him.
