They aren't united like how all the governors in the south-west didn't attend Ooni of Ife's Burial.

Imagine the Ooni of Ife, a first class Royal king was shunned by dignitaries in the south-west. I guess that is Unity.

In Yoruba land an Oba is not supposed to play politics as it will divide the people of the community that he reign over; if an Oba is loyal to one political party, what happen to him & his supporters if the candidate he support losses? That is what happened in Oni's case as he had always openly supported PDP; if PDP had won in Lagos Oba Akinolu would have had issue with the PDP but I still believe Oba Akinolu who is related to the PDP governorship candidate played a fast one on APC thinking it will favour PDP( my thoughts).

Whoever told you guys trousers were made for men alone? There is a big difference between the male trouser and the female one and I don't think any sane man would put on a female trouser or a sane lady would put on a male trouser.

If you folks can interpret that particular Verse of the Bible as God condemning the act of wearing trousers because it is for men only , then you should also condemn the wearing of suits by women because suits, facecap, t-shirts were initially created for men use only but nowadays they can be worn by anybody. The same applies to trousers as well.

I was recently employed in a farm as an assistant manager. I studied animal production and health. The manager studied political science. Since the resumption at the farm, I direct all activities ranging from feed formulation in the feedmill, animal treatments and handling, biosecurity measure, arable farming etc. The management hold meetings with me alone concerning farm reports, feed managements, sales and anything that concerns the farm's progress. They specifically hired me 'cause animal farming is my field. Note that I'm an expert in animal production and health, agronomy, and agricultural economics. So, I see myself as the manager, cause the only thing the manager does is withdrawing money in the banks to procure farm inputs as a result of decisions reached by me and the management. The manager is using official car, but I'm using nothing. I have no problem with him using the car, but I see it as an insult on my person. Should I protest?

My advise is that you should be careful as promoting comes only from God, my cases is almost similar to yours but the difference is that I work in a multinational corporation which have many expatriates; I was initially employed as assistant manager with the manager being an expatriate but I never for once envied him but I rather put my best into all that I do.

The white guy left over 85% of his responsibility to me because he couldn't handle them, initially I felt resigning because I was the senior of all the managers (Nationwide) of the Nigerian company I worked with before I joined them and I always carryout my responsibility and even helping other managers & other staff that are stationed in & outside Lagos .

But by God grace & hard work I head that department in Nigeria with lots of expatiates working with me, even our branches outside Nigeria & our sister companies have me soughting out one thing or the other for them.

Please do your best & let God handle the rest: your company top management team might be watching & studying you in the anticipation of promoting you.

Kogi & kwara have lots of Yoruba people that are indigenous people of those states; as for Lagos, Yoruba don't discriminate so far you're born/grew up there. They even recognize you if you have lived there for along time and contributed to the development of the area you're resident.

In Lagos we have igbos, Hausas etc occupying political positions & that's why Lagos is developing at a faster rate, this model is what is obtainable in America, Europe and every civilized world as it quickens growth/development..
