How much is this? |
Raiders: APC should not allow Atiku and buhari represent their party. Buhari has lost the last 3 elections ( I wonder why he still want to contest ) and Atiku has lost 2 elections. APC should field a popular candidate that can win election. Atiku and Buhari don't stand a chance against GEJYou are wrong boss!! Atiku has the financial war chest to prosecute the election, while Buhari has the massive followership. Who else can they field to contest against Jonathan? |
Lollz. This is the most difficult time for the APC party since its existence. Nominating a presidential candidate will sure end up in a split of diverse interest. This will be the greatest challenge for the party since its formation. Watching how this will turn out in the end. |

Very nice write-up from the Op. Technical ability of Siasia is way ahead of Keshi. Only sentimental Nigerians will rate Keshi ahead of Sia-1 |

SirElaw: On seeing the title, I was like finally some evidence has been uncovered to settle numerous rumours flying around. On completion of the article however, I realised it was nothing but speculation. Nothing tangible to implicate the man of God.Did you read the article at all? Or you are just being sarcastic here? |
No lady wants to appear cheap. If you are turned off by this singular behaviour then probably you dont deserve her. You need to prove to her you are not just another "thief in the night" like the others she has been dating and meeting. She is on point. |
mufutau55: Here we go again... history repeating itself... A thug will always be a thug. When people decide to leave their serene and civil lifestyle to pick and choose gangsterism, then they sure deserve what they asked for. |
All hail the incoming Ekiti state "action governor" . |
There was confusion at the premises of the Ekiti State High Court on Thursday morning as thugs believed to be loyal to the state Governor-elect, Ayodele Fayose, allegedly beat up a judge, Justice John Adeyeye, for being allegedly rude to Mr. Fayose. The pandemonium that ensued scuttled the Ekiti State Governorship Election petition Tribunal sitting billed to hold today at the High court, Ado-Ekiti, as judicial workers abandoned their duty post and ran for safety. Witnesses said the pro-Fayose thugs had besieged the court premises as early as 6a.m., while a detachment of policemen from the police headquarters were also seen on major streets and around the court. Justice Adeyeye of High Court 3, who was miffed by the huge number of the thugs as they surged towards the court premises had approached Mr. Fayose and urged him to prevail on “his supporters” to keep a safe distance from the court premises, the witnesses said. An enraged Mr. Fayose was said to have shouted the judge down. Immediately, thugs numbering about 20 pounced on Justice Adeyeye, beat him up and tore his clothes, while his co workers scampered and shouted for help. Following the development, judicial workers hurriedly shut down the court premises thereby preventing any court proceeding for hours before the police fired tear gas canisters to disperse the surging crowd. Justice Adeyeye is presently receiving treatment at a private hospital in Ado-Ekiti. A similar scenario had played out on Monday when suspected PDP thugs stormed the high court premises, attacked the trial judge, some litigants and judicial workers in the bid to prevent hearing in a case to determine Mr. Fayose’s eligibility for the June 21 governorship election. Mr. Fayose could not be reached on Thursday morning. He did not answer or return calls to his mobile telephone. https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/168641-breaking-pandemonium-in-ekiti-court-as-pro-fayose-thugs-beat-up-judge.html

I guess most of them dont mean it literally. Its just a way of boosting the child's ego. A way to make the child feel important and responsible to his immediate environment. Nothing much to it. |

For religious reasons , many people have started to name their children weird names. Names that have exceeded the conventional. Names that have turned into "sentences". 1. God is Able 2. God's day 3. Jesus Power 4. Ojutiwon. (Shame on them) These are few of the weirdest names I have come across based on religion. But travelling to Port Harcourt some years back, I heard people been called names like 1. Director General 2. Major General 3. Good luck 4. Apolonius ![]() 5. Livinus 6. Hyacinth 7. Jacinta 8. All other names ending with "nus" ![]() E.t.c Whatever the reasons behind this names, am sure the parents will feel contented with such absurdity. |
