Now follow this step on how to to turn a picture into cartoon on corel draw.
Step 1: you open your corel draw. (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 or 18)

Step 2: then you insert two pages

Step 3: import the picture you want to use on the first page

Step 4: increase the zoom size to 400%

Step 5: then use the pen too to start the tracing. remember this pen tool won't be easy. u use C, S and the ALT key to adjust the node while tracing

Step 6: after you're done with the tracing, then go to the next page to colour what you've just trace..

N/B: you have to join all the node when tracing, to enable you to colour your trace...

When you're done with it you'll have something like this...
