Galapagous: The military night vision device allow someone to be able to see at level of light almost approaching total darkness beyond dogs ability. This comprises of both visible and infrared light. Some are even incorporated with thermal detectors. Googling it should shead more light. Yeah, I know about night vision and others. Infrared is just one of the several spectra. What about others? You don't have to answer this. LOL Our knowledge is limited. We need to stop thinking in the box and start thinking outside of it. The fact that conventional science has no evidence to support the topic under discussion doesn't mean the claim is completely untrue. |

What if Dogs can see spirits, witches, Etc?
It's very easy to reject things with no proof or difficult to prove. You see, I completely get where you are coming from. I would, however, encourage everyone to have an open mind. Rather than outright objection, I would ask the following questions:
Do spirits exist? Maybe, I have no proof.
Can dogs really see things humans can not? I don't know!
The big question for me is, can humans see everything around them! I would say no?! Light, as it is called, is the visible spectrum of the electromagnetic wave visible to the human eye. What about spectra we can not see?
One way of testing whether dogs and other animals can see things we can't is to hook up a device that can convert brain signals or light from the eye into images that can be seen on computer screens. I'm not sure such a device exists at the moment. |

i am tired of this the first black, the second black to graduate and all these nonsense
the only achievement that is important is what contribution did you make to human civilisation, what problem did you solve, that is what matters Abi o! |

GogobiriLalas: Same argument is applicable to man 1 though even moreso I don't think so sir. Man 1 can see the hat on man 2 and man 3 Man 2 has a white hat while man 3 has black The two remain hats has to be a black and a white So, man 3 has a probabability of 1/2 to choose either of the hats Man 2 on the other hand has a higher chance ( 2/3 ) of guessing the right hat (white). |
Forum Games › Re: Can You Solve This Picture Riddle? by rubenic(m): 2:06am On Nov 13, 2017 |
The answer is Man 2
Reason There are total of 4 hats 2 whites and 2 blacks
Man 3 already has one of the black hats.
Therefore, the number of caps left = (3) 2 whites and 1 blacks
The probability of having a white hat = 2/3 The probability of having a black hat = 1/3
The other men have a lower probability of guessing right. |

If there is no translator in Abuja, then I have to be in Lagos. There are translators in Abuja. You can contact the embassy for recommendation. |

@forum moderator, can you please move my post to the appropriate section? Many thanks! |

Having read most of the comments; -I would infer that majority of the people here are open to mouth reaction . -Pornography is redefining the act of intimacy . -If we can be this receptive to mouth action or any other forms of ''unconventional'' sex methods, I foresee homophobia dying out or at least reducing in the next two decades or less. #we are products of social engineering |

ace19: I'm soooooo happy! Someone should kindly help out.
Is there any scholarship available for Master's degree programs at Italy, at least, so one could cope with the fees and bills. I have been recently admitted to study. Is there an chances of working in the country. Again, is there any form of money deposition required by the Italian Embassy for a visa approval? Yes, the University offers need based scholarship to both local and international students. Covers tuition waiver, free accommodation, free meal and little stipend. http://en.unisi.it/international/general-information-students/financial-support-studentscheers! |

lionlee216: Pls house, I have an issue bothering my mind. I was admitted at Camerino and I have two options to pay for tuiton fee and others. pls advice me the best option to choose.
OPTION ONE IS An all-inclusive package for international students!
The cost of the package is €6500 per year to be paid by the student in instalments . 1) €500 to be paid in advance through a bank transfer as soon as you have been accepted officially by the university The payment of 500€ constitutes your agreement to participate in the All-Inclusive package program. 2) On your arrival €2000 3) Before 31 December €2000 4) Before 28 February €2000
The package includes:
Tuition fees (including the regional education tax and stamp duty) accommodation in the Campus residential complex for the entire academic year (October-July 2 meals a day (lunch and dinner Mon/Fri) in the university canteens (excluding the period when they are closed registration in the National Health Service
In addition student have available the following services :
welcome assistance with university enrolment obtaining the permit to stay and local residency certificate obtaining a fiscal code registration with the National Health Service venues for cultural events, access to libraries, laboratories and internet rooms certification for accessing the University WiFi registration with CUS, the University sport association prepaid credit cards “Enjoy my Unicam” and/or "On Card" personalised tutoring (study guidance, counselling, acquisition of books) subscription to “Unicam Mobilità” for free local bus services
OPTION 2 is For students coming from all the other countries the tuition fees amount is 466€ (310€+ 16€ stamp duty + 140€ regional fee for the entitlement to study) to be paid once in Italy at the time of enrollment.
The cost for the permit of stay (to be renewed every year) is 155,00€ to be paid within 8 working days from your arrival. Once you get the permit of stay you must register at the National Health Service at the cost of 150€ per year.
N.B from the option 2, I will be responsible for my feeding and accomoodation. The cost for a room at the student residences (which are subject to availability) varies from a minimum of 130€ to a maximum of 250€ per month.
Which one should I go for? There is no money ooo, Just hustling lol
Ay50, how far with enrolment> I would advice you go with the first option. Do you know there is a third option? |
