Nicenancy:A question that has puzzled many for centuries. There's no straightforward answer, as every individual is unique, and relationships are complex. However, here are some possible insights: 1. Biological and psychological factors: Some research suggests that men's brains are wired to respond to multiple potential partners, which can lead to a desire for variety. Additionally, testosterone levels can influence libido and attraction to multiple partners. 2. Societal and cultural influences: Traditional masculinity often emphasizes conquest and dominance, which can manifest as a desire to pursue multiple partners. Social media can also perpetuate unrealistic expectations and promote a culture of casual relationships. 3. Emotional and attachment issues: Some men may struggle with intimacy, attachment, or emotional regulation, leading them to seek validation and comfort through multiple relationships. 4. Lack of communication and commitment: Poor communication, unrealistic expectations, and a fear of commitment can contribute to a lack of satisfaction in a monogamous relationship, leading some men to seek excitement elsewhere. 5. Personal growth and self-awareness: Some men may simply not have developed the self-awareness, emotional intelligence, or relationship skills necessary to navigate a healthy, monogamous relationship. It's essential to remember that these factors can vary widely across individuals, and not all men struggle with monogamy. Additionally, women can also face similar challenges. Ultimately, building a fulfilling, monogamous relationship requires effort, commitment, and communication from both partners. |

Live happily without working keh🤣🤣🤣🤣 It's house rent, fueling (car & gen) and utility bill (Band A) that will consume all those money in a month. Nigeria economy is shabby and he should consider a lot of things too. He can still be managing UK because there is still hope there. while he invest in Nigeria wisely, he can now come back in his 50's he will then have something to back himself up, he just need to be investment wise. Uk system still work compare to Nigeria system As for me I earn 250k and am trying to survive. You better stay back and live happily there. You can travel down to Nigeria for vacation though |

Bro, I was in this situation some years back, this was what worked for me: I hope it helps you make a good decision. It’s completely understandable to feel uncertain about resigning from a familiar job, even when a better-paying opportunity comes along. The fear of the unknown is natural, but making a well-informed decision can help you move forward with confidence. Here are some of the things to consider before making your final decision: 1. Compare the Job Offers Beyond Salary While the salary increase (from ₦218k to ₦400k) is significant, you may need to evaluate: - Job Security: How stable is the new company? Have you researched their financial health and work culture? -Career Growth: Does this new job offer better long-term career prospects, professional development, or leadership opportunities? -Work Environment: If possible, speak to a current or former employee to understand the workplace culture and management style. (You can use LinkedIn to search) -Benefits & Perks: Compare other benefits like bonuses, leave policies, pension, health insurance, and job flexibility. 2. Assess the Risks -Consider your current workplace: Are you truly satisfied, or are you staying because of fear? Are there future growth opportunities, or will you remain at this level for a long time? -If your concern is about getting fired shortly after joining, review the employment contract for probation terms and exit clauses. 3. Prepare a Backup Plan If you decide to take the new job: -Ensure you have savings (at least 3–6 months of expenses) in case things don’t go as expected -Maintain good relationships at your current job in case you need to return or use them as a reference. -If possible, request a written offer letter before resigning to secure your position. 4.Trust Your Skills and Take Calculated Risks You mentioned that both jobs are in your career line, so transitioning should not be a problem. Growth often requires stepping out of your comfort zone. While the saying "the devil you know is better than the angel you don’t know" is common in Nigeria, also remember that staying in a place due to fear can limit your growth. Many successful professionals took risks, but they ensured those risks were calculated. *My Final thought: If the new offer provides better financial stability, career advancement, and job satisfaction, it’s worth considering. However, ensure you have clarity on the company's stability, work culture, and expectations before making the switch. All the best bro |
