Two, the closure of 3MB has been done in such a way that it will cause very minimal disruption to traffic for road users

Your submission doesn't add up

1- The repairs could have bn classed as an essential services this willl open room for them to work round the clock during the lockdown to fix this..

2- It's not true that the closure causes minimal traffic disruption.....it causing a whole lot and adds other vices to the mix.

3- Why bring politics into your submission? It shows your whole point was politically motivated nothing more..
