I'm a lion because i'm in university of Nigeria (UNN). The school is called the DEN.guys are lions while chics are lionesses

representing!!! u beta recognise!!!!!!!

the best thing to happen to our university education system in recent times.i was afraid when i got to UNN to write the last post ume exam.we were more that 7000 students for economics with more than half of this number scoring more than 260 in JAMB.these are the canditates that ordinarily would have been given admission if not for the post jamb.when the results came out only a couple opf them managed to score up tp 200 while majority of them scored less than 200. most of us that got admitted scord way above our Jamb scores which goes to show that the test was easier than jamb.

i think it will make candidates sit up and study.it still baffles me what happened when i wrote the last jamb exam somewhere in isolo lagos.infact it suprises that my center's results was released.a group of boys were going from class to class calling names and distributing already solved answers to candidates in full glare of invigilators.what a shame!!

Hi all
i've finally checked my admission status in UNN and i got Economics. I really thank God,
.The problem now is the scratch card to print my admission letter.the cards are not lagos

to check yours, just log on to www.unnportal.com, then click on prospective student and the on
admission status and feed in your JAMB reg. number.if you are admitted ,your info will appear
but if you are not admitted(yet), your info wiil not appear.

please if there's anybody in enugu that can help me buy the sratch card,i'd appreciate

all these postings do not make any meaning to me becaise i've been checking since yesterday on the net without seeing anything. the annoucement is there on the website alright,but i've been clicking on the 'primary admission list' but it won't just open.

i want to know if anyone has checked his/hers, please let me know how you didi it.

pity!! others are talking about admission list and uniben is still way befind with checking post ume result. i guess they will resume next year march or thereabout

guy abeg i do not really get meaning of this 'shopping''.maybe u coulsd just help out since you are presently @ UNN

my first choice of course is Economics and my second is Accounting, both in UNN. now my post jamb score is 230 but i heard the cut-off for econs is 240.now is it true that unn does not consider second choices? please help me find out. and also the cut-off for accounting, can you help me do that?
one more thing, my alternative coursr of study ,apart from econs and acct, is banking and finance which is among thje courses advertised with ''shortfalls''.Is there any need for me to apply again? what do you think?
please i'm counting on you cos i've been looking out for this opportunity.

what is your sista's score and for what course

it seems we dont have much of UNN students /candidates on niraland cos we hardly get replies and feedbacks about the school here.have been trying to get info about the school cut-offn to no avail.somebody just told me the cut-off for economics is 240.can someone comfirm this?

I HOPE YOU GOT YOUR FACT RIGHT? I KNOW THAT THERE ARE THREE UNIS IN NIGERIA IN WHICH THEIER CATCHMENT AREA IS THE WHOLE COUNTRY.YHESE UNIS ARE :ABUJA, PORTHARCOURT AND IBADAN. THESE UNIS ADMIT STUDENTS SOLELY BASED ON MERIT(AND OFCOURSE, WHO YOU SABI) AND NOT BY CATCHMENT AREA.OR HAVE THEY CHANGED THE MODE(SHEY NA NIJA WE DEY)
