No "rejoice" there.. just flashing of teeth and Uzodinmma was not fooled. Obviously Okorocha wanted somebody who could help hide his tracks when he left. When it didn't work out and he became aware he couldn't surpress Uzodinmma and his gang, he simply tried playing along to avoid turning him into his enemy from day one. And that was the main thing wrong with Okorochas politics from day one; it's always all about his personal interests and survival. Not about the interest or aspirations of his people.

When he joined APC, it was highly unpopular in Imo state but because he thought he would be given the chance to contest for the presidency there, he barrelled his way through, disregarding the position of the people who elected him! When Buhari for whatever reason vehemently refused to site any projects in Imo inspite of Okorochas political support, he still stuck with him against the position of his people, praising him to high heavens! When the Army was busy mowing down eastern youths, he said nothing, because it was Buhari in charge.

This was the same guy shouting himself hoarse against Goodluck Jonathan. So what you saw there was nothing but political window- dressing by Okorocha in order to make friends with the new thief in town. It has rightly backfired dramatically! Remember he spent the whole campaign explaining to imolites how Hope Uzodinmma was/is a scammer and crook that he will rather die than handover to, then this...

The military has been obeying the constitution by not attempting any sort of coup against this Evil regime, despite the fact that the government in place at Abuja is by far the most incompetent and the most obnoxious in the nations history. All I just want to see post Buhari, is for the military to extend the same sort of loyalty, peace and support to any southern president without getting involved in politics because they feel that the politicians have 'started to misbehave'... What is good for the goose must be good for the gander... Inspite of the TOTAL FAILURE of this utterly confused government, the military have stuck firmly to just their constitutional roles! Examplary!

But if at the slightest problems under a president from another extraction the military starts to rebel, folks should be on the streets to stop the nonsense. After all Buhari does not deserve peace in government! He booted out Shagari just because of disputed elections that were far better than the ones he has conducted these days. If the likes of Shagari, Ekwueme, Solomon Lar, Jakande, Dee Mbakwe and co were allowed to finish their terms and hand over, this country would have been in a better place than it's today. Nigeria has suffered innumerable losses as a result of buharis vaulting ambitions and ballooning ego..

Blame Obasanjo! He was the one who was always desperate to hand over to the fulanis. He did that in 1979, he did so again in 2007.. Since Hassan Katsina saved his ass during the coup, he felt he owe them one.. Even all through the 70s, middle belt officers did their best to keep the fulani officers at bay. But after Dimkas coup, Obasanjo again went on a killing spree that annihilated officers of the middle belt extraction in the military. He has always trusted them inspite of their murderous ways. The built their dominant political positions during this period..Now he's complaining all over the place..

But one Igboho that started off well the other day never lasted for a week before chickening out. Even his house was burnt down by the same people he was fighting for. It's crazy! If the whole country understands how easy it is to take out their opressors if they can work together, the problem is solved..

What I meant was that the poor security situation in that part of the Congo which led to the killing of this ambassador was occasioned by the ceaseless western interferences in the internal politics of the Congo since the days of Lumumba and Mobutu.. Actually, it started since the days of King Leopold of Belgium! Congo's crime is that it's by far the richest African state in terms of minerals. That country sits on germstones and rare earth metals worth over 14 trillion USD at the last check! Rochas is not my type of politician.

But however,the right thing should be done irrespective of party interest.

No where will properties be seized or demolished just based on judicial panel's recommendation. The court is what has the power to make such pronouncement,and until that is done, nobody has that locus standi to carryout such action.

What I see here is nothing but just a political witch hunt using asset recovery as a cover for such heinous misdemeanor.

I detest both politicians, but a single Rochas is better than one million Hope.

You guys are actually starving Nigerians. Nigerians are the only ones that I know that make much money but can't eat tha well, because of the obnoxious prices of food items.. Many dinner tables in this country go with no beef most nights! it's insane! Travel to other countries like China, Egypt, or Arab countries of almost the same size as Nigeria. , even most of our west African neighbors, you will see the remarkable difference in terms of the quantity of food a family on the same scale as a Nigerian family can consume in a day..

Here in this country, even when we have a bad harvest, nobody tries to offset that with imports. Like when there was no tomatoes and onions, people were forced to either buy exorbitantly or go hungry! No nation is run like that! People must eat! Inspite of having all the dams and irrigation done by the central government in the north, you still have to sell at the highest prices compared to anywhere in the world... Yet, you run your mouths while at it.. Go to the universities and see how students go hungry because angry herdsmen dictate prices of food stuffs in a country.. it's vicious and has to stop!

You are free not to sell your goods but where the government is helping oppression is by insisting that Nigerians can't import farm products from foreign countries! If you don't want to sell, your kettle of fish! But I should be free to make my purchases elsewhere. .. Northern Nigeria is not the one feeding the people of Egypt, Cameroon, south africa, China or mongolia. Those people get their excess food supplies from somewhere and they pay for it. Don't take yourself too serious! You are selling something you are being PAID for, more than the value. If you don't want to sell , fine! But government should open the borders so we can import better qualities at cheaper rates from serious business people elsewhere... You are not donating food to anyone.. Always remember that..

Judicial panel of inquiry is not same as the court. You can't go about siezing someone's properties without a valid court order. Where is that done.

It is the EFCC that can do that through judicial pronouncement.

I don't know why Nigeria leaders don't like following legal processes when approaching issues.

Worst of it all,they are both of same party. PDP can't do that to a fellow party Ex governor.

The initial charge was that it was a product of corruption...., Now they have changed tune. The new charge is that it was built in a place earmarked for water channel... Obviously, they are looking for the best charge that will stick in order to demolish the place.. Why the rush to demolish? If it's proven to be a stolen asset, as beutiful as the place is, it shouldn't be demolished. It's even very irritating that one Hope Uzodinmma with all his wired antics is the one talking about a fight against corruption here.. An independent body should investigate. If these are proceeds of corruption, they should be confiscated. If not, they shouldn't. I don't trust Uzodinmma for anything as he's desperately trying to hold on to power at Imo state. Rochas himself is delusional. He sees himself as some kind of emperor. Not sure if he understands the difference between his personal property and Government property. An independent court process should establish the facts..

Buhari is doing a good job at tearing the North apart..
Northern Christians have always fought hand in hand with northern muslims for years including during the counter coup of 1966 and the subsequent war. Even in politics, they have always found ways to stick with each other. That was because Ahmadu Bello recognized the importance of respecting the religious and ethnic diversities in that region..For a long time, it looked like a perfect union.. Danjuma killing Ironsi because the death of Murtala a nothern muslim.. Northern minorities leading the federal Nigeria war efforts..

It was all going to plan until Buhari came along with his ethnic and religious superiority complex. His "fulani first, northern muslims second, then the rest of you third" mentality jolted folks back to reality! His followers followed suit as you can see with the governors of Kaduna, Gombe, Kano etc.., all prioritizing their politics to favour fulani muslims first. This is the real reason for the division in the North. Southern Kaduna, Plautue state, Borno minorities, Benue state, Taraba and Adamawa.. The north is slowly balkanizing under the enermous weight of Buharis nepotism.. And it's good for the rest of us..
