There is a desperation on the part of federal forces to rig this very elections |
This gbazaquine wants to trend as Nigerias Paris Hilton.. Oyah, go totally wild so we give that "honor" to you, she won't! Rest body kwanu, make we see road, she no go gree. |
Igbochief001:Watch him go quiet.. They can't support any! Even those igbos who fought for Nigeria against Biafra! Even those igbos who fought for Buhari against the majority views in the east during the elections.... Even those igbos who fought the white man to a standstill for independence! None is trustworthy.. When primitive hate turns to generational fear. Ahbegii,.. |
Legendguy:You have a point there, but Cameroon under Biya has nothing to show. Nothing to offer.. It will be a downgrade from what you saw in Egypt. The country is in shambles. At war, basically in ruins.. |
tamonokare:He's most probably living better than you |
knightsTempler:Add source to this stew ahbegii.. Very hate filled wreck of a country.. |
There is nothing to add to this masterpiece of an article! The erudite and ebullient writer has masterfully captured the whole scenerio effectively! This is what we all say here but they call us tribalists! They hate is real! It's everywhere! Up and down! Top to bottom! Nothing, I repeat NOTHING done against the Igbo in this country, no matter how Evil can attract the genuine condemnation of the generality of Nigerians.. Maybe Gani Fahwemi when he was around, Wole Soyinka, when he was alert, Fani Kayode, when he was married to the igbo gal.., who else? Others will find a way to remind you that the Igbos richly deserves it! It's crazy and must be stopped by this generation of Igbos! If Nigeria and Nigerians can't take the Igbos the way they are, they should let them go! Pure and simple! Stop tryi to remake and remodel us..,we like the way we are.. Nonsense and London medical tourist.. Well, it was because Umar wanted sympathy even when he was the top dog who tormented an underdog. Although he is obviously cognitively stunted, he is smart enough to know that anti-Igbo hysteria unites a surprisingly large number of Nigerians. |
Cameroon has no money to host that tournament. Why do they insist to host it? Thier president is almost dead. They couldn't meet up with the deadline last time and nothing has changed. So Why are they still pretending they can host it? |
SuperBold:Always talking off point.. |
Umeahi! You see your life? |
bizhop01:He has never been that bad.. Just that with Vardy always starting as the favorite, he had fewer opportunities to display.. |
Ùmù ómá ùmù ómá.. |
gidgiddy:Hmmmmm |
Now! This is what we're talking about.. I like this boy. |
gidgiddy:It's not "overrated" bros.. Presidency is everything in Nigeria. Don't know if you have lived in the far north before. The roads, the water services, power is far more available and cheap, sometimes free! To put things into some sort of perspective, We contributed in my village to buy transformers and cables before we were connected to the national greed.. Unheard of in the North.. Hospitals in the north are not in anyway as bad as in the east. PTF built hundreds of schools and actually supplied free materials to students who were all on free education! I was once a teacher there. Food is extremely cheap in the north because of the hundreds of irrigations and dams built by the federal government. Infact, if you check the food prices in a place like Kano and compare it with what you have in Lagos or Onitsha, you will realize that this is "two countries, one president" system that we have here.. Many millionaires made from just government contracts, many billions distributed to their poor ones through endless allocations to endless local governments from resources found in the south! Bros leave matter, They're making a killing from their positions at the top in this country.. The elites deliberate refusal to invest in education is a major draw back but they're making progress in all other fronts.. |
InvestingExpert:Igbos are NEVER inherently poor in politics! You guys should stop parroting your owambe analysis all over the place.. Igbos were leading politically, academically, economically before the war. These created all sorts of panic attacks amongst other members of the Nigerian federation who were struggling to compete on any sort of level playing ground as is still the case today. A failed coup headed by few igbo officers became a very convinient rallying point for all sorts of rampaging igbo haters! It was whimsically termed an "igbo coup", and subsequently a mindless genocide against the whole Igbos across the country was unleashed. The aim was to corner the igbo politically and eject them from any serious commanding position in the land. Britain was spearheading the attacks with arms and intelligence support, since most of the vociferous anti colonial characters were Igbos! It was pay back time and they made sure the end results were achieved! Post war, the officers that fought in the field on the federal side took time to meticulously marginalise the igbo out of any serious political positions in the country. They control the army, the police, the airforce and other coercive instruments of the state! They created states, local governments, political parties and in all of these, they made sure the Igbos were shortchanged... With less local and state governments, Igbolands ability to be effectively represented was thoroughly undermined since they had fewer senators, fewer HoR members, fewer governors, fewer LGA chairmen and ofcourse fewer polling boots. This was so because those polling districts were/are created by the National Electoral Commission created and funded by federal forces(read: gerrymandering), who use spurious data generated from fake census figures! So it's wrong to say that igboland sucks at politics when you are shooting at credible igbo political figures while using the supreme court to impose riffraffs as governors all over Igboland. The federal government is the one effectively undermining igbo political growth based on a well planned policy of Marginalisation, intimidation and subjugation! Thank you! |
The level of cheating amongst married people is so high these days that many houses are flooded with children from different exs.. It's a pandemic.. |
selemempe:Even after Azikiwe, there were chances missed. Ironsi was Supreme Commander for 6 months but chose to surround himself with northern officers. He was that comfortable because he was a typical "Lagos boy" who lived most of his lives outside igboland.. St the initial stages of the war, Ojukwu could have easily submitted to one of the Super Powers and gotten the arms and diplomatic support he needed, and 3 million lives wouldn't have been lost The east could have been free of all these today. He didn't as he prevaricated! Ojukwu studied st Kings College Lagos as a young boy, where his Yorubas was as fluent as that of any other Yoruba kids. Zik messed up , because as a well trained political scientist, he was best intellectually prepared than either Awolowo or Sarduana for all those pre/post colonial political wars.. But what many Igbos always hurry to overlook is the fact that these 3 Igbos I just mentioned, were either born outside igboland or had their early orientation and education in life outside igboland! Even Nzeogwu spoke Hausa more than igbo! Zik was born in Zungeru Niger state. The same with Ojukwu! Ironsis mother or father was trailed to Sierra loen. So what? It meant that at every turn, they had emotional attachments to different parts of Nigeria which inhibited their abilities to be very ruthless in their decision making at decisive points in history. They had childhood friends and classmates all over the place. Four of them were born outside igboland and were very fluent in different Nigerian languages... totally immersed in different cultures across the country! They were not the best representatives of the Igbos at those crucial moments. Zik sacrificed a lot for the socalled one Nigeria project to the detriment of the Igbos! It makes you wonder what was their for the Igbos for him to do so, but dude wasn't your typical igboman. He was actually a real "Nigerian". |
Saw that in the news.. Starts to look like Niger republic actually bankrolled the elections of one muhammadu Buhari. Because apart from the northern part of the country, no other sections of this strange country can boast that it has benefitted more from the Buhari regime that Niger republic. Whether it's in rail lines constructions, oil and gas pipelines and open border policies that have emboldened criminals and hoodlums from Niger to flood Nigeria and constitute themselves into the biggest security threats around. We're now being ruled by folks whose allegiance tilt more to Niger republic than Nigeria and some starry eyed Southerners are so consumed in their vaulting political ambitions to take notice! Just as was the case in his first coming, when he openly supported a Nigerien candidate at the United Nations over a fellow Nigerian, buharis loyalty and patriotism is once again all over the place. This is unbelievable! For a country as big as Nigeria, the menace called fulani, has obviously become the greatest national tragedy! |
Monogamy:The utter maladministration by your messiahs government is the problem.. buharis government is the main cause of insecurity in the country. You guys voted for this imb-ecile and now we are all in danger. |
You need to be going to the gym, nwokem.. How can a young man be talking like a moaning hippopotamus..? |
Fulani Herdsmen attacks eastern towns...., ESN repels.., Nigerian army comes to eliminate ESN so that the Herdsmen can go in to kill and maim! Meanwhile Nigerias army refuses to arrest killer herdsmen! Is it not obvious now that the so-called Nigerias army has now turned to fulanis vigilante group? |
NBAs inability to stand up to Buhari when he cooked the books to fire Onoghen and replace him with one hunter-looking shariah judge is part of the reason why Buhari and those working with him feel emboldened to act as they like, at will.. if it was Jonathan that did so, hell would have been let loose. The NBAs actions and inactions are all contributing to the high level of dictatorship being witnessed under Buhari. |
Everybody should be investigated including Buhari and his fulani gang! Looks like a hit squad has been sent to the south east to maim and kill independently minded politicians that have good chances of winning gubernatorial elections. They want to flood state houses in the south east with hoodlums and riffraffs like Hope Uzodinmma and co, so that nobody will disturb them as they pivot from oil to south east gas.. |
He colluded with the same people to kill his C-in-C for no reason. He should stew in his own juice... |
Misterone:It's better to have local governments as states than to have deserts full of terrorists and almajiris as one.. |
SmartPolician:It even happened while ihejirika was army chief.. Heard that people answering Okoro and Okafor from Abia state couldn't point out their villages during the verification exercise.. You don't know much about Nigerias politics if you don't know that power in Nigeria TOTALLY revolves around those who control the army.. |
garfield1:Who allocated more states to some favoured zones? Nothern soldiers! One moment you guys are upset that the east is clamouring for more states, another moment, you are loving the benefits and handicaps that come with having more or fewer states.. Isn't that called mischief? |
Denying the obvious? Be proud of your actions.. We see your guys at roadblocks! They all look like migrants from Niger republic.. EvenHeard that they give northern recruits igbo names and assign them to south east.. |
