How much last?

Hey guys. ....... im having issues with my samsung galaxy note2. I renewed my subscription lately and I notice dat my installed BBM aint workin. .... buh I tried to uninstall and install again buh to no avail. But wen I inserted my airtel line and did diz daily sub, it installed and I was receiving pings buh wen I inserted my MTN line bk I culdnt receive pings. NB: all oda social networks works even my internet buh I cant receive pings. Im using the MTN 2k5 3gig nyt plan.
Plz someone help me.

Secondly..... I haven't seen any updates on the android 4.2.2 jellybean on my note2.. is dia any way I can upgrade to 4.2.2 ? Though samsung said we might not get the 4.2.2 jellybean..... dat note2 is gonna be upgraded to 4.3.2. I dnt knw if anyone using note2 have received any yet.
