Are you using some proxy software with your mtn line?
I noticed that for me my bbm doesn't work with the office network which uses a proxy, while whatsapp does. I think it might be that bbm uses specific ports which may be blocked by the proxy

As to the os version, I'm assuming that they didn't post links to where you can get out on that forum, unfortunately I'm not a note user but I'm pretty sure that a Google search for "android 4.2.2 note2" should get you info on what you want

the first part you said clearly that when you use airtel sim, BBM works fine. but when you use Mtn sim it does not. and then went ahead to say every other app works fine.

please WHAT is the question? is it not very obvious that your issue is not the android device or app? Do you need mtn customer care on NL?


second portion you said you have information that Samsung plans to update your device to android 4.3, yet you are asking for someone to provide you with Samsung's 4.2 OS.
