My advise is that your brother should write IELTS and then evaluate his BSc degree so he can enter the pool ASAP. Who knows, draws might fall below 430 before June 2018, especially with this new tie-breaker rule.

If the scores don’t drop post completion of his MSc, he can thereafter evaluate his Masters degree and update his EE profile accordingly.

Your question reads " If a girl is showing love signals to a guy, what should he do?". From what you said, she's flirting so you can't tell if it's genuine but from flirting something serious does happen if the dude is interested.

I stated three things he could do...

1. Ignore her completely. Any responsible guy won't want a lady hitting on him 'cause they're usually of the mentality that she may be hitting other guys or would in the future. They simply don't want to be caught up in the Web of a loosed girl. They prefer going for what they want.

2. Deflect her compliment. In the case she told your friend that he's a good guy. If she does this often, when it happens just say "Thanks" and introduce an entirely different subject. That way, she'd know he's not interested.

3. Flirt back. For fùck boys. this is where RuggedArab's problem lies... Who's a fùckboy?...a guy that has no intentions of committing to a lady. Such guys usually keep more than one girlfriend, and their goal is bleep as many girls as they could and walk away.

I remember saying "Choose one" 'cause your friend has a choice on what to do. What part of this couldn't a grown up comprehend without sounding like I stole something from him?. SMH.

A lot of people on this thread have used gift deed post ITA and have already recorded success on their applications

From what I can interprete from your post, you are still deciding on immigrating to Canada because you want to wait for the outcome of your result. First, you have to decided that this is what you want and there is no going back. At this point, it is important you gather the financial resources because once your IELTS turns out good, you would be getting your ITA with only 3 months left to submit.

If you can get the cash now, please do. Don’t wait for the outcome of your result. You can do a 6 months Tbills.

I'd tell my spouse the day I say "Yes, I'd marry you" that any day he finds out I'm cheating and I'm guilty of that charge to divorce and throw me out, while I file for divorce when I get a whip he's cheating.
