Bro.... being Head of Department does not pay bills. Remember you have family to take care of. Before you take up that new job ask yourself these questions: 1. Are you ready to stay a minimum of three months without pay? 2. Can your family cope for that three months without pay? 3. Are you taking the job because you want to stay close to your family ( I know everyone wants to stay close to the family; however, you can also relocate your family to where you work now). Back to your story........... I think you should stick to your present job while you search for a more better regular monthly salary. I am not saying the job is not cool, the new job role is also challenging and will boost your career path; also the economy is biting harder every hour, who knows after employing you and they drop you after six months. And it seems you have job security where you are now even though I know there is no job security anywhere in the world except it is your own company. NB: I cant stand any employer owing me after 30days! I need that pay like the air I breath! 30 Fvck'n crazy days is not BEANS!!!! PAY ME OR LEAVE IT!!!! |

OBSERVATIONS PLEASE!!!!!!! Permit me to comment here which I know I have the right to even though it is for ladies alone. With the recent trend of happenings around this part of the world (Nigeria) where ladies most of the times (99.999%) do not really know what they want. Even if they claim they know what they want, they do not know how to go about it. How can you be looking for too many things at the same time? Be focused! Please do not tell me that your problems are guys. Every issue should not be wired to guys, blame yourself too. You say your are happy being single no bf issues; that is fine. You say i'm going to take a long break from relationships; that is also fine. You also say I want to make it right now i.e you want the next relationship to be the last ( I don't know how you do that if you ladies have a device that can tell who the last bf should be); that is also fine too. All these decisions you ladies have taken, are the guys the cause of taking such decisions? If yes, it means guys are major part of your decision making. If no, ladies should blame themselves for their issues. Having said that, a guy is trying hard and making advances and passes to you; even letting out his intentions, telling you sincerely and genuinely how he feels about you? I am not saying every guy that comes your way you should accept him, weigh the options and choose one based on prospects. But again, with all these I like being single and the long vacation from relationships thing (only God knows when your head will reset to default) you don't accept these guys and the guys having patiently waited for you to consent and you never did only to boyfriendzone ( the state of being in-between friend and boyfriend) them and the guy leaves; you now realize that you are bored and lonely without nobody showing affections to you. You cry in silent under your pillows and teddies. Somebody wants to love you; you said No! love somebody and STFU; No! Be happy with what ever decisions you have made; No! Leave guys alone, No!
