They should ban hawking of agbooo and other concoctions and selling of #30 a plate of rice in all streets of Nigeria..and for your information, lagos is a no man's land...Lagos is not owned by anybody,it is a federal Government territory..hence belong to all Nigerian...you can hug transformer if you care EponOjuku: It's the educational achievements and exposure of the SWeners that made your fathers hawk ice water in the SW, you to hawk gala in Lagos and your children are already warming up to hawk in Eko Atlantic City.
If they decide to ban hawking today in the SW, your folks would die of starvation. |

I never wanted to respond to you initially but let me give you a little knowledge...head of interim Government is different from president or head of state.more over both have reached the avarage life span age of a Nigerian adult and they is no difference between them and Ironsi or Zik..you name Dimeji Bankole but you didn't mention Edwin Umezioke..Nwafor Orizu from Anambra state was once an acting president(before the 1966 coup)which is the same job shonekan did..google will help you with the list of senate presidents from SE..your ogun state did not even produce more than Ebonyi(akanu ibiam and pius anyim)talk more of the whole SE...you should be thankful to God that kept OBJ alife because, politically,he is the only eye in the whole of SW....as for the mere commissioner,i thought he is from Lagos state? EponOjuku: I'm from Ogun State and my state alone has produced more heavyweights than the 5 states in your entire region has produced since independence.
We have 2 Presidents - Shonekan, OBJ 2 VPs - Diya, Osinbajo Speaker FHR - Dimeji Bankole CJN - Adetokunbo Ademola, Teslim Elias
Out of the first 3 SANs ever bestowed in this country, 2 are from Ogun State - FRA Williams and Awolowo.
On the other hand, the Highest Igbo man in politics is Ekwueme who was a slave to Shagari. Mind you, Shehu Shagari is from Sokoto the seat of the Caliphate.
Hence, it's logical to say the most senior Igbo man in Igbo political history was a slave to the caliphate.
You have an unverifiable past, a frustrated present and a break future. Just shut up your wide mouth and serve other Nigerians in silence until you and your folks have enough commonsense to act like sensible human beings. |

Pained tribalist....ibos also did the recent ibadan declaration abi? Throwback: Can some people ever catch up to greatness?
Omoluabi no be anybody school mate.
Above is the very first professor of anything in Nigeria. A medical doctor by profession.
He was the most senior African on the academic board of University of Ibadan. When it was time for the British to hand over UI to Nigerians, the Igbo dominated NCNC ensured an Igbo Professor Kenneth Dike who was away on sabbatical in the USA was called back to become the vice-principal ahead of his senior Prof Ajose who was more qualified, physically present and interested in the position.
When it was time to also name the Principal, Kenneth Dike was equally chosen ahead of Prof Ajose
It is noteworthy that Dr Akanu Ibiam who was also Igbo, was the Chairman of the University Council.
Prof Kenneth Dike would go ahead to recruit Nigerians into UI, but out of the 108 newly hired, only 3 were Yorubas, and the remaining 105 were from Dike's and Akanu Ibiam's Eastern region.
Prof Ajose resigned and moved to the new Western region established OAU to become its pioneer VC, since the federal government posts was only merited by the Igbos who had partnered with the educationally disadvantaged North. Yet this same Igbos till today continue to bemoan the Northernization policy of Ahmadu Bello, who was Northern Premier. As far as they were concerned, they secured their own Eastern region for Easterners only, they dominated the Federal positions, and the North should have also been made open to their greed.
So when you hear some people wailing about marginalization, they are only longing for a return to an era when merit is to appoint Igbo. |

Politics › Re: Winning Anambra Elections Will End Marginalization Of South-east - Oyegun by rummmy: 2:21pm On Sep 29, 2017 |
Pa buhari come and hear your fellow Pa accepting that SE has been marginalized bc it's not an APC zone. aminulive: The National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress(APC), Chief John Oyegun has stated that his party wants to win the upcoming Anambra state Guber elections because it wants to change a narrative in the south-east.
PoliticsNGR learnt that Oyegun, who spoke at the inauguration of a 48-member campaign council for the party's candidate in the November elections, Tony Nwoye, disclosed that the party needed to win the elections to end the cries of marginalization by the south-east.
We must change the narrative in the South-East and we must start with Anambra because the APC represents the most viable route for any South-East person to the presidency of this country.”
Oyegun also described Anambra as the 'Gateway to the south-east'. In his words;
"It is important that we do everything we can, fair and square, to bring Anambra State into the fold of the progressives for a lot of reasons.Until we manage to bring a few states into the mainstream of progressives’ politics, we may not see the end of this continued cry of marginalisation.
It is important that we work and work very hard to win Anambra being a critical state in the South-East. It is not going to be a small political struggle. We must work hard with unity of purpose to break through to the South-East in a major way to win Anambra.
It is very important, essential and vital that we manage to hammer together not just a patchwork of peace or make-believe kind of camaraderie but a very serious unity of purpose between all those who aspired to that office to act as a serious guarantee that we are indeed also serious in winning the Anambra governorship seat."

KANU is not in the custody of the army! |

I am sure that the judge must ask the army what they are doing in his house and who they were shooting..Lies don't last long intruxive: NA don't mind the ipob yoofts. We know they exist on lies and can never say a single truth. Their new strategy is to claim that the shamed kanu has been abducted by army. So as to elicit sympathy from their deluded tribes men. That wont save him from getting caught |

If he does, he will be attacked by people who lost loved ones or the soldiers will kill him It is only logical for him to lay low like shekau does at times, build new comrades, rejigs his propaganda against the 'zoo' and come out firing on all cylinders once the pythons dance wrapped up. |

What is this one saying? Bolustical: The Army that was very professional in not killing Mohammed Yusuf will now kill Kanu. Kanu is too small for the NA to kill.
If not for the fact that the government needs Kanu alive so as to make him an example, do you think he would have escaped? If they really wanted him, they would have gotten him.
The FG is not willing to make him popular again by capturing him thus it is preferred for him to be sent into perpetual oblivion. Kanu will become very unpopular after the success of November 2017 guber election in Anambra. |

We know who you are working for. Cinkq: whoever is holding kanu should please release him, Nigerians really want to know ipob's latest stand on anambra election
But seriously, i don't think the govt is holding kanu hostage because he(kanu) has addresed the PRESS after the military operation in Abia. KANU SAID HE WOULD NOT GO ON EXILE. I don't know if anybody can remember this?
So if you really want to know kanu's whereabout, here are 2 fundamental questions you must answer. (1) from where did he grant his latest interview?the one he said he'ld never go on exile.
(2)what is the name of the interviewer and the media house he/she is working for. Genuine answers to these two questions will solve the problem of kanu's whereabout. |
