This shii ain't funny ooh I remember not being able to go after I ate rice morning and night for about two weeks straight while in school cuz bar no dey hand. When it was time to go I was in the toilet for over 30mins squeezing every muscle in my butt to push out the poop, inside there I thought to my self this thing can kill ooh, so entering and pooping effortlessly was a bonus I was enjoying, I thought again could this be how ladies push during Labour. I could feel somethin wanting to drop put still hanging i was closing the butt hole for it to cut and drop but it hung on like it belong inside, I pressed my stomach thinking it will push it out but it still hung. Then I started taking deep breaths so as to have pooping strength, I continued for a while and took short breaks. I felt like using my hands to bring it out, it was very uncomfy, but finally something dropped.

It was a 'Ghost Poop' i don't like too look at my shii when am through but this day I had too because it mattered, but when I looked i couldn't find shii it , from the way it felt it was about 0.75cm long .40 wide, very thin but it came out like it was very big. I flushed it feeling sad because I knew there was still more in me but I couldn't face going through all that again to produce this little poop.

I can't remember what I did for before it went back to normal but I knew I changed my diet for that period and the next one came soothingly. So I think you should change your diet for now.
