Good mamas in the house. Please can I use girdle on my Tummy. Though I delivered thru CS. But I'm 5months Now. Please advice on what to do. My tummy is big . And people have started asking question.

Please mothers in the house. My 2 weeks baby is having serious catarrh. Atimes she is finding it difficult to breath well. I was using silver bird but my sister said is harsh For her. I stop it. Now i'm only using Mentholatum on her. But no improvement. Please what do i do. Help me. Thanks

I delivered on 17th of November. Baby girl. My princess is saying hi. Mum is fyn. Daddy is over rejoicing. Thank God for us.

Please mama's in the house. I bought I gint flask. Someone told me before using it. I need to boil hot water and Pour it inside the flask. leave it for 24 hours. Then pour it away. It will make it to last longer. Please any ideas. Help a sister to avoid mistake.

Please dear take heart. I understand. I had this same issue wen I was 6 weeks. After a little bleeding. I went to hospital. After the scan they said all is fyn. But in my 8 weeks. I repeated the scan. I was told they are seeing 2 sacs. But one have heartbeat. And second one. They are not seeing any heart beat. My dear i went to different scan in different hospital. I was told the same. They later saw an empty sac. But it didn't get to me much. I was thankful to God that one is still growing fyn. So I'm now left with one healthy baby. So please just pray to God let his will be done. He has reason for everything. I'm now team November.

hello dear please sorry for asking much question. How many mg is the drugs. I saw online that they have 500 and 1000mg. So which one did you buy cos you were inserting 2 at once from your 37 weeks . And again how many times did you Use pin to punch The capsule. Meaning I will just punch it once and insert or I should punch the whole body. Thanks for your response.

Thank you all. Evening primrose is sold over the counter.a sachet should be between 700 to 750.i started inserting one capsule at 36weeks then increased it to 2 capsule at 37 weeks.i usually insert it at night before i sleep.u use a clean pin to punch the capsule before u insert it into ur virgina.it will desolve in there.

please dear after insert it at night. And hubby come do the thing. Won't it fall off.

When you drop at agege bustop you walk down to a shopping complex close to zenith bank the complex is before zenith bank (depending on where your coming from if it is after the railway you will see tfc, zenith bank then the complex iya amerah the first shop in the complex) opposite mfm church in agege

If you are very familiar with Agege then this description might be helpful

From tasty fried chicken (pen-cinema bus stop), face the direction like you are going to mosalasi, you will pass by zenith bank, the junction where buses load ojota, 2 new shopping centres and then another shopping centre quite close to the junction facing mfm.

Iya hameerah's shop is inside that shopping centre. Ist shop by your left and very close to the entrance gate. She has another shop beside the shopping centre too where they sell party clothes+ other stuffs for older children.

Hello mamas, hope we’re all fine? I finally checked baby’s sex today and it showed. It was so touching, the sonographer showed me in 4d and I was able to see baby well, she couldn’t stay one place, kept moving her body and opening mouth like she’s laughing abi crying, the sonographer said she’s laughing that maybe she knows I’m looking at her(LOL ) I almost cried I really can’t wait to hold my princess, November mamas how are we doing, we’re gradually moving to the permanent site.

please how do i know those that have 4d. The ones I have been Checking with Not always clear. I hardly view My baby.

we are in the same train. I'm finding it difficult to sleep at night. Very painful. It started from right hand. Now left hand. Both hands are very painful. Atimes as If my fingers are shaking. I don't understand. Doctor said is water retention. I shouldn't worry. But I'm worried oh.

We should be between weeks 14 and 18. Isn't it wonderful to know we have just 1 trimester to go? For me it is. We must always endeavour to encourage ourselves no matter how hard it seems.

I hope we've taken at least the first dose of TT vaccine for the first timers?
I hope we've also been faithful in taking out prenatal supplements(I haven't been very faithful because I naturally hate drugs. If there's no swallows or papto hide them in, I won't take my drugs. So I try to eat as much fruits and veggies as I can muster. )

Whose still suffering from nausea and food aversion. Hopefully time will alleviate us of those symptoms.

Those of us who have so much burst of energy, do enjoy the time because the days of heaviness are coming(maybe not for all).

In all, do enjoy every single moment of this beautiful journey.
