I don't intend to use all to get a vehicle just a vehicle that can serve both for business and "Chilling" purpose then re-invest the rest into my business and be able to repay them back.

I had to discuss this here. Why do I feel like living around poor people especially Nigerians is mad exhausting. It is not like I am super rich. I am just you know a bit comfortable with my business which I am trying to expand further.

My credit ratings is good with the banks as I take care of the finances I get from my business and repay the banks on time so whenever my business needs more finances. I can get it promptly fron the banks so to these people around me. My business is booming but they don't know the huge amount of millions I pay out to the banks so most times. I am left with nothing. I am working on reducing the banks that give me credit facility.

I delay sexual gratification practicing sexual absentee for many years so I do not waste finances on vices. My problem is these poor people around think all these money are all mine and you see them bringing all sorts of their personal problems to me to give them money or loan them money. In the past I used to be so kindhearted to a foolish extent that I lended out money that none of them have paid back till date. Even the ones I "dashed" money. You hear all sorts of evil rumors that they carry about me behind my back. With some saying I gave him small money. I later got to know the person in question is owing LAPO and wanted to manipulate me into paying his debt at LAPO.


I have been called all sorts of derogatory names behind my back from stingy man to wicked man to "him get money but e no dey help person" after I learnt my lessons in the past of how these people even many of them are far better asset wise than me but due to mismanagement and lack of contentment are always messing up their finances.

How can you go about impregnating a girl and run this morning to get 500,000 from me with sob stories?!! You didn't save one Naira all the while you earned money knowing you got a girl pregnant and that there will be Hospital bills?!!

Why are some of these people heartless?! They desire to wreck one financially and when you tell them you do not have the money. They start looking at you like you are wicked and start plotting evil against one. The other one had land and a family and was still asking a single guy like me for food and money to take care of his family.

One wakes up everyday thinking of how to dodge these people at my store because they never understand that despite the car, office, house. I am in debt to the bank than them but I don't complain to no one. I suffer in silence and handle my business myself. Funny thing is these set of poor people will never bring a business to you but immediately. One makes some money. They come with their entitled mentality to take what's not theirs.

How do one avoid these financial wreakers that present themselves as poor people when the truth is lot are richer than one but are mis-managers of their own money and lack contentment?!!

I hired a lady last week Monday and fired her on Friday same week. I concluded she was not ready yet.

This lady came almost 2 hours late for interview without communicating her reason. If she was going to be late, she should inform the interviewer. Red flag.

I ignored that and decided to proceed with the interview. I decided not to conclude on her based on the interview outcome. I love giving people chances.

I offered her the job, she was excited. She was sent an offer letter which she accepted. On resumption date, this lady came late for work. First day at work. I was like 'Is this 24 year old lady innocently naïve or what?".

On Friday last week, this lady came to work by 10.55am. He work time is 8.00am, and she is an office admin. I was on my seat and sighted her walking in, I had to call her and told her to go back home, and that was it.

By the way, she lives like 15 minutes away from the office, and her route is always against traffic.

I wouldn't know when she resumed from Tuesday to Thursday because I came quite late on those days due to field engagements. When I resumed, I met her sleeping twice. After that, she abandoned her work and stepped out to answer a phone call for almost 1 hour.

My experience with this lady made me understand that a lot of people looking for work are not ready for/to work.

I intend buying a vehicle and I would want to know which is the best between getting a loan from the bank and outrightly buying the vehicle from Car sellers or buying it on a monthly installmemtal repayment scheme from companies like Autochek, etcetera after making a down payment.

Which is the best??

Personally, I feel like buying from companies like Autochek presents the fact that they must have done every due check on the vehicles that they sell on their website so if I get one from them and in the process of paying them monthly. Any fault that arises not noticed before my down payment.

They should be able to correct that while a friend of mine is saying that I should just get the money from the bank and get a mechanic that will go check out the vehicle and buy directly from a car seller and not from companies like Autochek.

What do you guys advise is the best route between these two options for me to acquire the vehicle to take stating your reasons?
