I guess the English FA entered the field in the second half to score all 3 goals for UTD. . . . .shior, yeye dey smell ![]() ![]() |
Didn't see this game on the fixture listing for tomorrow on soccernet, shey dis date/time na confirm!? |
Now thats a REAL footballer warming up on the sidelines --- RICARDO KAKA --- good to see u again ol' friend ![]() ![]() |
This is like watching "mini-Barca" in Yellow ![]() |

@ poster its 1330 GMT - nor mislead people! ![]() |
Good win away to to Sociedad. . . .puts us closer to the UCL spots - just need to keep it up. Inspired sub Negredo for Renato but we need to tighten up that midfield! FORZA SE-VI-JEE ![]() |
No be lie. . . . Barca 2 good! ![]() |
Potential banana skin for JM and his all-whites. . . . Villareal is a compact side that play a tidy passing and pressing game; in Rossi, Nilmar and Carzola are players that can make things happen --- Senna another danger from freekicks. on their day can put a dent on RM's season. . . . . . and i dare to predict that they will beat Real come sunday nite ![]() |
Mobinga:I wouldn't particularly say "disgraced". . . . but Roy has my sympathy all the same. Never really given time to make his mark and build his own team --- he's a decent manager and woulda at the very least steadied the ship given time. Over to king kenny, lets see if he is any better!!? |
she say she lekpa & her name be Arita, wen i see d picsure i halla dis wan na confirm Mama Sita, i block am 4 facebook begin follow am 4 twitter, 4 my mind i don jam betta chica bonita, pesin wen go come make my life sweeter, broom 2 sweep all d dorty & make me neater, 2 God i miscalculate like NEPA meter, d levelz don become be leaf wen 2 bitter, matta don turn 2 work of factory fitter, no near dis wan if u sey u be wife-beater, cuz 2 carry am sef u gats 2 be weightlifter, d yam leg thick like 50 liter, see g-string get space like 14-seater, wafi boy no fit ever be repeater, so i sharpenly deny am 3 times like peter, come codedly pick race like cheetah nna men. . . .no be lie oh - if no be gold e no go glitter! ![]() |
booba:You'll be surprised that they are quite as advanced there, as we are here. . . . the only slight difference might be if she is from the francophone part - trust me, i should know - am part Cameroonian! |
Good set of results last night --- we win points even without playing! ![]() Not so keen about the "unbeaten seas record" winning the title is the ultimate--- but right here, right now; I DARE to DREAM cuz that would be the fitting coup de gras' ![]() |
chamotex:Very crucial the outcome of the game at the Lane --- hopefully the result of tomorrow's game will favor us with some breathing space! |
tubabie: it wasn't. . . . . the ball hit the upper part of his body not his hand! |
Another much needed win --- better performance than what we've seen; i particularly like the composure; the way we kept the ball, controlling the tempo, killing it off slowly. . . Smalling did very well in defence! So, now we wait and watch the gunners & citeh slug it out --- btw the 2 of em, something's gotta give ![]() |
This SS3 guys must be blind --- was that Smalling incident a handball!!? |
Nervous all thru d second half but it was good command play, controlled the game well for very large extents --- Stoke never really looked liked scoring! |
http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/story/_/id/858651?cc=5739 Citeh to sign Edin Dzeko ![]() Good player but this squad hardly needs another high profile player --- its hard enough to manage already! |
switdick:Anything but. . . . . The way Getafe passed the ball at certain periods in that first half --- Mourinho musta been having nightmares of the Nou Camp all over again ![]() |
I just hope we do not rue all these missed opportunities. . . .most times this is a bad sign! |
Sevilla v Osasuna J. Navas is back & Sevilla is finally ticking offensively. . . . .but what happens when that threat is snuffed out!!? Hopefully we can get a goal before kasala burst --- Negredo is just f.c.u.king up, where did he spend the xmas break at!!? ![]() We desperately need this 3pts. |
Seriously. . . . . Foster is a far better GK than that Kuscz (whatever his name is) --- wonder we let go of him!? |
RVP very lucky --- coulda been a PK there! |
medjai:Wrong. . . . the ball came off the Bolton defender and not Maxi, so technically JC wasn't offside. Incredible game. . . . found myself rooting for L'pool, unacceptable really being a UTD fan but i just felt so sorry for poor ol' Roy --- & more importantly, this L'pool side played with spirit, they didn't deserve any less! |
Very fantastic, piss poor performance. . . . .how this team is still unbeaten i know not! |
Whaoooo. . . . some get-outta-jail s.h.y.t.e ![]() |
Bros apply brain nau. We where on a low before that game having lost to a title contender in Utd never mind how the media kept drumming it in our ears that we where yet to beat Chelsea with Drogba and Essien and then the three straight game without scoring too. You would need to be high to think we where on a high! There is no rule that says our first 11 would have beaten Wigan but the team out there was good enough to beat Wigan and nearly did Whether we beat Chelsea when next we meet them is immaterial it does not take the gloss out of this win! Milan had been whooping your backside in the UCL! Prior to last season so can we say your 4-0 victory over them in the 2nd round last time out was a fluke?? So as i said before apply brain
Definitely y'all are quite rightly entitled to bask in the euphoria of your victory but some of arsenal fans seem to believe the blistering, red-hot, championship winning form and mentality has returned because of that 1 win - which i believe was an anticlimax cuz chelsea just didn't show up. What am simply saying is this, i'll wait to see the next time you guys play with what you consider your full strength or close to full strength (i agree that the team that played Wigan can't be called that) to see i agree with the many commentaries/analysis i've heard about that Arsenal v Chelsea game. Its in the same vein that i can't concur to popular consensus that Djorou was fantastic, because DD was almost totally lethargic and didn't particularly test him throughout the game! & about UTD beating Milan. . . . if we didn't beat that Milan side, then SAF will never beat an AC Milan team ever till he dies --- that Milan side was absolutely gone, superannuated --- so in a sense, its just on record that we've beaten AC Milan; but in actual fact we cannot beat our chests about it because all the times we met strong Milan sides, we all know how it ended! |
debosky:Guy, sometimes na overskill dey kill monkey --- i know you fancy yourself as being something of an intellectual who is very good at dishing out verbal body-blows but me i no dey 4 dat wan ![]() Read thru my post very well & tell me where it was that i ever made mention of the draw against Wigan being a blight on your earlier previous result against Chelsea!!!? |
Sure would be glad to have Nani back & Baba should pls give Chicharito some starts, WBA would be a good game for this --- Rooney just isn't getting it right. |
What is this nucca saying?? Are you telling me they could not have regained their form against Arsenal. We out-played them from start to finish and deserved the win! As a matter of fact the scoreline flattered them! This does not mean we cant go on to lose 10000-0 to Birmingham but as far as that match was concerned it was a mismatch!
Ol' boy no be fight nah. . . . . its simple --- apparently the team has regained form is on a high at the moment & the slip-up against Wigan could have been as a result of the 8 changes bah!? So, i am banking on the fact that buoyed by the very impressive, total domination & eventual white-wash of perennial nemesis Chelsea, that the next time the "preferred first team" plays again, we'll see more of the sterling performance that was dished out to Chelsea a few nights back. . . . .if they do it repeatedly over the next 3-4 matches, i guess we can all safely agree that the Chelsea win was no fluke!? |
