Strawman arguments. Top 3 kenya companies - Safaricom, KCB and Equity bank - are owned and run by Kenyans. Kenya economy is as local as it gets. Nearly anything you see in Nairobi is owned by BLACK kenyans.

The biggest gas project in Nigeria (AKK gas pipeline) is currently being constructed by a Nigerian firm as well and financed by NNPC.

So you see, investors can come but not dominate.
