The Rwanda Defence Force is deeply saddened to announce the untimely death of Lt Gen Jacques Musemakweli. He passed away on Thursday 11 February 2021 at the Rwanda Military Hospital, Kanombe following a natural death. https:///3jGexze vaxx: |
I really doubt the doctors would do that. That would be a malpractice - doctor-patient confidentiality . It's mostly the security officials from Kenya who are detailed to protect the hospital. Wuoche: |
The were trying to kill opposition leaders for saying Magufuli had died in Nairobi - now refugees in Kenya https://www.the-star.co.ke/news/2021-03-18-tz-opposition-politicians-flee-seek-asylum-in-kenya/?utm_term=Autofeed&utm_medium=Social&utm_source=Facebook&fbclid=IwAR1P7oOMMohtekeNQK0B-g1XRqCTv5f75ULlD3iXzTpDoSRIwoXRWMKLizo#Echobox=1616033930 |
KaziKazi, I hear there is power struggle in TZ, the magufuli friends don't want the poor lady. Prepare for military dictatorship. |

Nairobi Hospital perform brain surgery with patient awake! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2fzCTqeO1Vg The Nairobi Hospital carried the first awake craniotomy in its history on October 26, 2020. Led by neurosurgeons Aamir Qureshi and Mahmood Qureshi, and the services of a highly specialized anaesthetic colleague and assisted by well-trained nursing team, led by Ms Shamim Haji, this surgery is an important technique in conducting safe removal of brain tumours. After achieving local anaesthesia, administered to various parts of the head, Dr. Mahmood pointed out that it was necessary to keep this patient awake during the procedure and assess them using their ability to speak and answer questions or by asking them to name objects, as well as move the arm or leg controlled by the brain near the area being operated upon. If an area is stimulated and the patient is unable to move their limb or loses ability like speak or count, the neurosurgical team will know that they are operating near an important area of the brain, and avoid any damage to it. Dr. Aamir Qureishi pointed out that this is possible due to the world class technology available at The Nairobi Hospital, such as Intra-Operative Ultrasound evaluation, Neuronavigation (which is a kind of GPS system guiding the team during surgery) and Neuromonitoring technology and the trained specialists who are part of the team. These excellent facilities played a vital role in ensuring the gratifying success of the awake craniotomy surgery conducted on 26th October 2020. |
My friend Nairobi hospital receive top level clients (presidents and such) from Congo, Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania, Uganda, South Sudan,Somalia and even Ethiopia. Best cardiac center - is not the chinese building - it's medical staff. Check the list of those who have been admitted there recently - Kazikazi: |
Yes I bet they want a tinpot dictator to continue magufuli music. They will probably kill that poor woman VP. Wuoche: |
He comes from Ghana understand the idiot. Who'd take a picture of the president in presidential wing of Nairobi Hospital unless they APPROVE it. Even the nurses and doctors are vetted and searched. What sold Magufuli was the security details in Nairobi Hospital. Wuoche: |
The shame of denying COVID and hating on kenya - had him registering with fake name - and running to India in life support. He checked in Nairobi on Tuesday and died on Wednesday.Kazikazi: |
Magufuli the tinpot dictator pumped 40 bullets to TZ opposition leader - with about 25 hitting him. Nairobi hospital spend six months removing them. He spend another two years in Belgum undergoing reconstructive surgey. Tindu Lisu has undergone more than 30 SURGERIES. When Magufuli landed in the same hospital - they declared him beyond salvage.

So true; the maji maji; witchraft is bad. gallivant: |
Here is Kenya main daily - Daily Nation. Confirming Magufuli was admitted critically ill in Northern Wing of Nairobi Hospital - which has presidential suites for top dogs.
|
No he was not entering; he was flown there half-dead in ambulance; the plane lands; he gets put in ambulance straight to executive wing of Nairobi Hospital; and we confirmed indeed he had died of willful arrogance and ignorance - and TZ decided to fly him to India - on life support. Just30: |
The worse in kenya is the best in TZ Kazikazi: |
How did we know he died a week before you did If he was holled up in Dar - nobody would have found it. The day he was in Nairobi Hospital - it leaked and security was beefed in the hospital - as is normal - and people knew big guy was there - and it was Magufuli.Kazikazi: |
He was unhinged and Tanzania should celebrate his death. He was going to turn you into a dictatorship worse than North Korea. And please before we proceed - wear mask, sanitize and social distance - and save your people lifes. Tanzanians are already filling our ICUS. Kazikazi: |
He run to Nairobi Hospital -the same hospital that saved your opposition leader Tundu Lissu whom Magufuli pumped 37 bullets - and died there - and the shame was too much - they took him to India - and eventually back to Dars. Kazikazi: |
Because of his reckless actions, many Tanzanians have lost their lives unnecessarily. People refused to wear masks due to his mixed messaging. When they caught COVID19 hospitals had no oxygen as the corona denying government failed to avail supplies. We saw how Finance and Planning Minister Philip Mpango narrated how he had to carry his oxygen to hospital. Ordinary Tanzanians stood no chance. I will not mourn Magufuli. I will mourn the many Tanzanians who have died due to his reckless actions. The only credit I can give him is preaching wine and taking wine. As for his successor, I urge her to start taking the pandemic seriously and do whatever it takes to protect the lives of Tanzanians. If she doesn't, one day she could find herself in the ICC answering to crimes against humanity. |
Are you still waiting to sell food to kenya very expensively because of lockdown. Mzal3ndo: |
Magufuli was not a hero - just a confused workhaloic Copied... He muzzled the media He switched off the internet He refused to accept the existence of COVID-19 He killed critics He jailed bloggers without trial He refused to allow girls who got pregnant to return to school He stifled EAC He was a dictator. We can’t mourn this dictator. Even in his death, he is denying COVID-19. He died of Covid-19 and not heart attack. The whole leadership of TZ State House died of COVID-19. He wanted to change the constitution to extend his rule. God couldn’t allow that. Good that he is dead. TZ is the first country I worked in after school.

RIP but TZ are lucky..magufuli was tinpot dictator who was determined to stay on power for long. Now listen to WHO and start saving lives..COVID is real |
What impressive about that town that look more like Rongai? Nairobi is 100 yrs away from any west african city. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ZRdqC4lhRM&t=13s 68816419: |
Thika road - BRT Thika Road has 27,000 passengers per hour per direction during peak periods. An efficient BRT system would enable public transport passengers to bypass the gridlock and reach employment and educational opportunities faster https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7z-gyZPQn_I
