This must be 2nd apartment in entire of Ghana. Where do you surely put all the mineral money Just40: |
You have a good young team. Focus on building their mental strength. Kenyans we dont have talent for soccer. But when it come to althetics - we win. Previously Europeans use to says African cannot run for long distance because they lack mental strength. They were used to former Ghanian slaves in America. The tough Europeans like Norwegians and Scandivians were one who use to win long distance races. Until they met Kenyans and Ethiopeans who can endure incredible pain. This comes with training. What you need is simple - mental toughness - military bootcamp for the boys - get them running on top of thorns - until they cant cry no more - let them play through the worse referees as part of training - every world cup - we were robbed. At that level NO EXCUSES . Everyone at this level has come to WIN. Motivation for everyone is 100 percent. You cannot show up with 90 percent. You have to play like Senegal did a few years ago - without fear but with 100 percent discipline and energy. Natural talent wont cut in 90 minutes game - its the efficient discipline tough German machine that wins - over the Brazilian flair. vaxx: |
The worse thing you can do to your players is to perpetuate this narrative that they were robbed. They lost. That guy was not suppose to be unmarked. They are three players in one position - and if they had spread - or had better positioning they would not have left the guy unmarked. Africans of the Niger-Congo-Bantu are naturally talented in soccer. What they lack is mental toughness and discipline. The Europeans have that GRIT to play the 90 minutes with alertness and discipline - and the seriousness. If our people the Kalenjin were to good in football - we would long have won the world cup. Sports is MENTAL. Physical talents get you there - like Ghana's Italian Balotelli - but to win requires grit, discipline and mental toughness. This aspect Africa football lacks - and we have accepted RACISM as lame excuse. Africans of niger-congo are way TOO naturally talented in football to be stopped by racism. The coaches need to take them through Military Training where the referee is 100 percent biased - and build their mental strength - where referee award points to losers - and slowly they built that mental grit to overcome such challenges. Training these boys on football is waste of time because naturally they are talented - what they lack is just the mental training to toughne them. vaxx: |
Why are you deliberating blocking your defender hand that is making him onside. vaxx: |
Surely the only thing offside there is the shoe You lost; the rest are details. And the ball is already moving..so one frame before this..guy is onsidevaxx: |
Ghana lost. African teams need to stop this nonsense. This not about flair. This is about the mental strength to win. African teams lack this. It doesnt matter how you play - just win. If you lose. Move on. Stop blaming the referees. Learn from the loss. After lossing- you think world class player like Ronaldo even ever think of Ghana ![]() Just40: |
Precisely. Ruto endured a barrage of negative propaganda as most of kenya lazy stupid politician tried to contain him. He is what Kibaki could have been if he became president in 70s/80s. Ruto is incredibly brilliant, incredibly hardworking and incredibly organized. He will only fail if forces of beyond him prevail. Saddamochieng00: |
Best of luck. Ghana is last hope for Africa. vaxx: |
There is a robust review okay - let see if kenya cbc will survive or go south africa - it's ambitious dream but there is waning public support - as reality of implementation sinks - it's expensive and very involving. Ruto formed a working party or inquiry that is about ready with their report. There strong position - from both sides - rote learning has ended up producing graduates when african informal economy simply has no jobs for them. In kenya we are now graduating a million kids out of high school - and the formal jobs being created are less than 100K per annum - so what is point of excellent rote learning - when people eventually end up in informal sector. They might as well be prepared to work the informal sector by focusing more on skills and less on exams. Maybe they will not be bitter having wasted all that time cramming all those books to end up driving okada. People can say US has gone down - but they are pretty strong economy because finishing high school is a luxury - they focus on skills - same with Germany. British/Australias such have created academic factory industry where they mill degrees from international students - that huge part of their economy. They seem to have abandon manufacturing goods to manufacturing credentials or degrees. So maybe the future is CBC - then vocational training. Going to university should be a by-product for those that really want to - a luxury for those academically or financiable able. Maybe like US - just have really excellent IVY league university - very few - then rest of people finish or not finish high school - get some skills - and start sweating - without lots of theories in your head. Average Kenyan kid knows lots of useless theories on everything but end up driving motorcyles. The same in India/Nigeria name it....lots of educated embittered people who think sweating is below their dignity having read lots of stuff. The US finishing high school is still big deal - less diploma in welding or plumbing - most are self-employed or employed in some factory or SMEs. obaaderemi: |
Ruto engages Kenyans in South Korea - when you elect a smart president https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RzhXsmJVLRU |
Yes that direction - that will eliminate favouritism and graft. But unfortunately it creates a cut throat competitive system. Kenya education has been akin to torture. Now kenya we are abolishing all the exams - and going for assessment - with CBCNobody knows what will happen - the 1st cohort will be doing their assessment this year - and they are likely to remain in junior secondary school within their primarys. It totally messed - from competitive system - to totally no exams - just chill. vaxx: |
That sounds like American systems. Kenya systems. In primary school - you pick 4 schools you want as high school - rank them 1st choice - till the 4th. Computer assign it to you based on performance, region, affarmative actions etc. Everyone want the best high school but position are limited. After high school - you also pick 4 universities and courses - from your 1st choice to your 4th choice - normally you should get the 4th. Computer picks and assign again based on performance - if you pick Medicine - and didnt score like all As - you're wasting time - computer will assign you the final choice - maybe BA in some forest university. The same for al course/vocational training/ name This system was done in 1990s - for primary and later for university - by our school of computer science. This has eliminated Corruption and Favoritism. Kenya every kid has the same chance. Those rich can go to private secondary - and pay. Unfortunately the best high schools in kenya are public - national schools - so rich folks have to wait for those that dont report - and buy slots from headmaster - maybe 1-5 slots. There are handful private secondary schools that are good. Most parent - almost majority take their kids to private primary - so they can get chance to go to select public high schools that are competitive as hell. You will find very tiny kids in kenya walking to school before dawn and sleeping late. It very brutal - because the best high school are limited and pretty much determined your future At university level - the rich can go to either public or pay - and pay. Fortunately if you have money you can do any course in any university in kenya. Now https://kuccps.net/ - is for all universities and vocational training - it's open once a year few months after high school exams are out - and only for those who graduated. The courses are weighted based on the university - so you know before hand that going to University of Nairobi for medicine - you need As completely. vaxx: |
Really no hard rules at least in kenya. Most universities have their unique strength. If you want to be a teacher - or doctor - etc - you pick. All kenya students pick their university and vocational course...you pick top 4...course/university...online...and the computer system will finally award you. Those are one that qualify for gov funding. But you can walk to private or public university any day. In kenya public university have private students - mean those who walk in - and want to finance their course 100 percent - and decide how fast they want to finish - like taking three semsters a year - or doing weekend or any arrangment. Gov sponsored are restricted to regular day program of generally two semsters. There is really no difference btw public and private in kenya anymore. Private have gov funded students. Public have private students. Gov you wait for joint admission - six months after graduating high school is when you can join university and have to apply through central placement board. Privately funded is anytime anyday...public or private university. All can apply for student loans - as long as you qualify for them - and you'll repay at 4% interest after graduation. What is missing in kenya is National Open university like Nigeria has - and this Ruto will fix as top priority. I think there is a Nairobi based African virtual university - but certainly nothing like South Africa UNISA or Nigeria Open University - that can admit thousands at comfort of their computers. vaxx: |
In Ghana. In kenya a student choose where to attend - and he get publicly funded. As long as you score qualify for university - you can select private or public - and you get the capitation per course. Also private or public - you apply for student higher education loans - and use it for your living expenses vaxx:

Okay this crazy. Nigerian - watching this spaniard move from Benin Contonou to Lagos. There are police stationed every 200 meters. The man has passed 20 police/security checks in less than 2kms. Almost all the cars on the road WOULD NOT be allowed to be driven in Kenya roads. They are totally road unworthy. Very very old. The road has now totally disappeared - completely broken down. Most "impressive" thing he says petrol is 6 euro - while previous it was 26 euros in other countries - it cheaper than water. But surely with those very old cars it almost waste of fuel. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ajof5EdATQU |
Still looks like a high school vaxx: |
African America always try to go to Ghana to re-connect - get dissappointed - and never comeback. There are many Ghanians who come to Kenya universities. Most of them come to USIU - because it's US recognised university and hope to transfer to San Diego. We know Ghanians and Nigerian cant hack without emigrating abroad. As for black american coming to trace their roots - I dont think that is hardly something to be proud of. They have no where else to see such huge slaves dungeon. vaxx: |
One random ranking doesnt make your run of the mill university high ranking. Consistent ranking by many indexes doesnt include any Ghanian university in Africa top 10. Maybe in West Africa - sometimes Nigeria's Ibadan features - otherwise the least as always about 5 from South Africa ( Capetown or Witwatersrand or Pretoria or Stellenboch or KwaZulu Natal all compete for top 1-5 ),Cairo University, University of Nairobi, Makerere University of Uganda and sometimes you can throw in Ibandan or more South Africa universities. Those are consistently top 10 africa univerisity accross many parameters. Ghana and university. The only people interested in Ghana are former SLAVES in america continent coming to trace their roots. vaxx: |
That looks like a high school vaxx: |
Unlike the noise maker Nigerian Tony Elumelu - Equity Bank James Mwangi - a very brilliant man - is transforming the society. The good thing - about half of these kids comeback after graduation - to fix their country with their global network and their sharpen brains. Equity Bank takes top poor kids in every kenya district right from primary - sponsor them through best high schools - give them automatic bank teller jobs as they wait for university - and pays for their university education - has now placed 700 kids in Ivy leagues and pay for their school fees - number enrolled at Harvard alone must be approaching 100 - give them automatic job when they complete if they want to work for his bank

Kensap just pick top kids - get them running for three months - and they can easily get sport scholarship to run for ivy league althetics programs - if they cannot get traditional ones. Colleges AMHERST(10) BARNARD(2) BATES(4) BOWDOIN(6) BRANDEIS(4) BROWN(12) BRYN MAWR(3) CARLETON(1) COLBY(5) COLUMBIA(3) CONNECTICUT COL(1) CORNELL(9) DARTMOUTH(9) DAVIDSON(4) DUKE(4) GETTYSBURG(1) HAMILTON(5) HARVARD(27) HAVERFORD(2) JOHNS HOPKINS(1) KENYON(2) ....many others. Kensap ->NAIROBI, Kenya, Oct 24 – The Kenya Scholar Access Program (KenSAP) has generated Sh8.5 billion in financial aid since its inception in 2004, supporting high-achieving Kenyan students in their university education. Being in operation for more than 18 years, KenSAP has placed more than 250 Kenyan scholars at the most competitive and selective universities in North America, including Harvard, MIT, Princeton, Stanford, Yale, and 47 more universities. https://www.capitalfm.co.ke/business/2022/10/kensap-taps-more-than-sh8bn-in-financial-aid-for-high-achieving-kenyan-students/ |
We have gone through this severally. Apart from students who apply and pay for their own IVY league - we have possibly highest number such students enrolled in international schools - kenya runs at least 3 very successfully scholarship that places in my estimation upto 200 IVY league kids annually 1) Equity Foundation wings to fly - this year alone they sent 73. Equity offers Sh2.1bn to 73 Ivy league varsity headed studentshttps://www.businessdailyafrica.com › Home › Corporate Sep 2, 2022 — Equity Bank has offered university scholarships worth Sh2.1 billion to 73 students set for admission to top foreign universities such as . 2) Kensap - because of kenya althetic reputation - many bright student who aces their grades here - just run for three or four months - and get sport scholarship. Such student get althetic scholarship to run for Harvard or Yale because they can easily get good althetic credentials without trying. KenSAPhttps://www.kensap.org KenSAP helps high-achieving, low-income Kenyan high school graduates gain admission to the most selective colleges and universities in North America, . 3) Zawadi - Tom Mboya began the famous airlift of african (mostly kenyan) student to IVY league - the daughter now runs another such program. IVY league admission is something worthwhile tracking. Last I checked China was leading with 8,000, India 3,000 - maybe Kenya is close to 300. Ghana is just random kid here or there from Ghana - mostly diaspora Ghanians. Nigeria same drill- random Nigeria kid from Nigeria- mostly diaspora kids. Just40: |
They can be made in kenya - otherwise raspberry pi was originally from UK - and is smallset computer chip you can buy - install your small OS and do whatever you want with it. NTSA: |
Kenya top 10 already with only 15% of all gov function digitized - Ruto intend to take digization to 85%. Least Bureaucratic Countries: 1. Portugal 2. Costa Rica 3. Peru 4. Finland 5. Chile 6. Netherlands 7. Paraguay 8. New Zealand 9. Kenya 10. Denmark |
Why would someone waste their forex like that unless they are going to universities that are ranked above what is locally available in kenya and then South Africa for example. Just40: |
Only good if they are going to Ivy league - not run of the mill universities - and also coming back with their world class education to fix their country. You should fix your internal universities.... vaxx: |
Those who outward project superiority are masking their inferiority. That is why when white man come to Nigeria - you all line up the streets shouting Onyibo! samorobo: |
Who said who you 2nd largest retail space...maybe flea market samorobo: |
Well at end of the day it's really a personal choice. As regards to diapers - airbnb and hotel - I bet have seen worse. I personally remember few times during my younger days I have taken college girls; who drink themselves silly; then you reach the hotel; and they start puking on the bed and couple of times; I just leave them fare money; ask them to close the door; and disappear; Just dont buy them college girls lots of alcohol. I am sure if hotel staff wrote about the mess people leave their rooms; well; In short I am so pro-freedom/pro-my space/mind your space/life - I literally dont mind whatever somebody is or become or will be - it just doesnt stress me at all - if something disgust me - I just leave that space - if it's public. Saddamochieng00: |
Yes it kind of hard because they have girlish show off behaviour naturally as they must flaunt to attract men. So in US and Asia - they are literally on people faces. I dont see that in Europe though. How much of it is because of their hormonal imbalance or feline need to show off - or how much of that is as protest to the society - I dont know. Saddamochieng00: |
He need to embrace his gayself; definitely the metrosexual men interested in fashion, lifestyles, beauty, grooming etc are probably closet; if you're taking lots of time reading lifestyle magazine, grooming for hours, looking at the mirror, going to salon, thinking what you wear; all those are femine gayish stuff; real mean just get out of the bed, shower and wear anything - and move;if society was free; they would be opnely gay; as all that girlish stuff is screaming for a man as mate. Samrobo you need to come out - but first seek for asylum from Nigeria. Kenya the LGBT+ whatever is very vibrant. You can book a flight and meet Albino ![]() Saddamochieng00: |
I dont think you need two glances to know he was gay. He is outwardly gay. Samrobo is definitely closet gay. He needs to come out and live his life like the Albino dude. Being gay is normal. Samrobo if you need moral support - I am always here. Most gays I have met are great people obviously I will not want them in my Airbnb or guest house if you cant handle their shi.et just like in heterosexual you need to clean up semen & condoms. That Albino dude is scandalizing gays by behaving like a slowpoke. Personally I have worked with at least 10 gays in my proffesional life. The first one was a scoundrel who was found molesting boys - a kenyan dude. Most of gays are very kind, very neat, most are feminine and but generally they are good people - most are depressed by the rejection of the society and majority are closet. Saddamochieng00: |
