I have watched all these videos and many others. Reason why I said those cities in terms of planning are ahead of Kumasi but for someone like me who knows Kumasi very well, I'm telling you that when we talk of properties or facilities in general Kumasi beats all these Kenyan cities I mentioned.

We do not have many Airports in Ghana but Kumasi have International Airport and there is a Domestic Airport in Obuasi which is also in the Ashanti Region of which Kumasi happens to be their Regional Capital.

Airport - Eldoret has an international Airport
Schools - thousands including two universities - 2nd Biggest in Kenya - Moi university and Eldoret
Office buildings - Eldoret has many 15-20 floors buildings.

Name it - Eldoret beat Kumasi

Health facilities
Airport etc Kumasi is far ahead of these places.
