The gynea we met gave us a stat of 80%-20%. That 80% of newly married get pregnant immediately after sex while the remaining 20% get pregnant within 2yrs. I can't even wait any longer, DH and I have already planned to start medical test this month.

2years is way too long. One year is enough to start seeing a gynae. As for me, one thing I know to induce AF is intimacy. BD like 3 times in a day, if you are not preggy, AF will show. I wish you a BFP!

U n ur dh should take watermelon smoothie daily. U may add a few other fruits to change flavour.

AF showed today after being 2days late on one round of clomid. I really don't know what the issue is. What's the next step?
I need to mention that three or two days before AF was due, I had little bleeding but very very very very very dark blood. Has someone experienced such? What does that indicate? Would you guys suggest I try clomid again?

One thing I experience since I started this journey was spotting a week before period, which my Dr has no answer to. I feel like that's a major issue. With clomid, I think I spotted but very very little, only noticed when I wiped, unlike before that I had to use panty liner.

I plan on doing a detox and maybe deworm this time. What can I use for the detox and deworming? Also what can I use to improve cm quantity and quality?

Lastly, what effective drugs improves sperm.cell motility. DH count is very ok,we just wish to improve motility.

Ok it cud b due to implantation, some docs would do a day 21 progesterone test to rule out d fact DAT, maybe u do ovulate d egg gets fertilized and when its time to implant lack of progesterone causes ur pre AF spotting a lot goes into TTC
u cud suggest a day day 21 progesterone test to rule out lack of progesterone and talk to ur doctor also.

I'll try out vitamin b6 as well, I read it increases progesterone levels. Should it be taken through out the cycle?

rvpbae, I don't know a thing, but all I can do is reiterate the success stories of other Mamas here. Sixx said any deworming medicine will do.

As for the spotting, have you tested for infection?
Have you had your hormones checked?

Take B6 200mg or less during the second part of your cycle (that is after ovulation) to help with the spotting which could be due to low progesterone.

For motility, you can place your husband on 2,000 mg of vitamin C, improves motility (hope his semen analysis is infection-free) and Wellman Conception. Worked for my husband,though we're not there yet.

Or if you have more cash to spare, get Fertilsan M. Check Blessedmum and ripvanwink's testimony ( I'm sorry for mentioning your names so much, your testimonies encourage me and I'm a big fan).

You could also research the baking soda finger thing.

I'll try them again and add pregnacare to the mix. Should I take pregnacare all thru my cycle?

When does d spotting occur?
Early in d circle means ur prolly still releasing blood from ur period

Middle of d circle cud b ovulation and most times its not fresh blood its most likely brown blood from d ruptured follicle

At. 6-12 days past ovulation spotting could b caused by implantation of d fertilised egg to your uterine lining or what we call womb

At d days leading to ur AF spotting could signify pregnancy for some ladies while others its just d start of AF again
So beloved it depends truly on which time in ur circle u spot

I use did app to track my period its easy n d predictions are preety accurate for me

What exactly do you think causes the spotting? Mine started the cycle immediately after marriage.

Just very very light spotting for like 2days the following week. On the good side, clomid didn't dry me up at all at all.

Do a transvirginal scan. If there is cysts or whatever, it should show. And are u on clomid? It has a between period bleeding side effect.

Really? No wonder I experienced that the week after I finished my dose.

My ppl, I took clomid in this cycle. The reaction was too much. I felt I was dying. I was so weak for weeks running. I was feeling so faint. I went to hospital. Ran test, only malaria positive. I treated malaria. B4 I knew it, I had terrible stomach pains . I feared to eat. I could not sleep for days. My doc recommended flagyl and amoxyl. I just tire for this cycle.

I had a dream this morning. I saw my red oil in container, it tripped, fell and spilled. I saw I hand smash something . then a voice told me not to worry, that he will give me d one DT will stay.

And Clomid didn't do me nothing. At all

clomid didn't dry Me up I was wet all through and I got my bfp on first try. I did 5-9days I pray it works out for you

yes its true, u can take primrose oil tabs of robutussin cough syrup...both help in production of cm..stop a day or 2 b4 ovu

Yes, vaginal dryness is the downside to clomid, very common. You can google about Preseed lubricant, it has good reviews

I Dont quite get wat u mean by pushing ovulation. But 4 me I'll prefer hsg b4 ovulation as HSG has a way of increasing chances of conception 4 some pipu as it sorts of flushes d tubes in case of any obstruction, and creating a free passage 4 fertiliation

I registered with a gynae based on a reference from a mama here. I and dh ran some tests and scan, the end result is infection; on both ends, which we are currently treating.

The doctor said after this, he would hook me up for hsg, although I know nothing is wrong with my tubes. After hsg, then we face ovulation chapter.

The doctor gave us the option of trying to push ovulation before hsg and this option sounds tempting to hubby and I. my question now to experienced mamas, what do you suggest I do? AF might show next week, so doctor suggested we decide fast, so we can maximize this coming cycle.

Yes it is... I also had all the symptoms of ovulation you mentioned, so it was a shocker for me, when follicle tracking showed I wasn't ovulating. So yes it's very possible...

Sorry to ask but what did you do to remedy that?

i think its possible - though rare, the human body play pranks sometimes, one can even ovulate and the eggs are not mature etc[not our portion]. only follicular tracking/tvs can confirm ovulation actually happened, opks are not 100%reliable or accurate.

i would suggst if you are having prolonged unexplained infertility, make sure u confirm ur tubes are open and ensure u boost ovulation, that is after getting your dh swimmers to be in good shape.
