What can cause it?

You still fall under the +/- range, so all is well. That being said, scans done at the early stage are more reliable. Baby can come at any time now.

I really appreciate the show of love.

I am not really doing anything different this time. But thank God for lock down. I am able to rest more though. The journey this time have been so stressful with stronger morning sickness.

Ok, rest as much as you can and stay hydrated. You can also consider getting progesterone supplements.

Hold it firm, make sure the nose isnt covered.
Baby will swallow. If baby is trying to struggle, stop. Little by little you will grasp it.

Yea, I know it has to be baby cup. Was just making reference to adult cup to be sure it wasn't sippy cup or anything fancy. I will try it out tomorrow, thank you.

iomoge2 please is the cup an open cup? The one adults use? My baby has refused both spoon and bottle.

Ok, please do. 3months is a long time, don't allow it degenerate into something else.

My son had same some months ago, eye drop cleared it in a matter of days. My daughter just finished her own yesterday.

HI Mummies, my son of 1 year and 4 months is have this redness in his eyes coupled with mucous.. Often times the eyes itch him and they are not clear... Please what is responsible for this?

He has an eye infection, possibly bacterial. He would need eye drops. You can use a damp cloth to clean the crust and wash your hands afterwards.

Please is it ok to give glucose mixed in water to a 3 day old baby, mothers breast is not flowing she has started taking pap to enhance it though.

Get formula. Glucose water has no nutritional value.

Secondly, I think your baby is safest with you unless you don't think so. Then I think you should find a family member, friend or even neighbor that can watch the child for some time while you sort yourself out.

But are there actual boarding schools for that age group?

First time I'm hearing of this. Please seek a second opinion FAST, people take progesterone immediately after conception.

Or walk into a good pharmacy and ask for one.

Pls i was given malaria drug on the first of march,i forgot to take it but due to corona scare i took it yesterday since then i have been having serious headache and weakness but no temperature, which means i have serious malaria.

Should i go to the hospital to request for more drugs or the one they gave me is enough(they gave me swipha 3tablet to be taken at once)? I am so down and very scared of hospitals.

You need to go back. The swipha is usually given as a preventive measure but it seems you are really down and need to be treated fully.

Why are you scared of hospitals?

What formula can I give him? All my mind I have always thought it's exclusive I will do

Get him nan1 or any formula immediately and feed him pls. Continue putting him to breast, when you start lactating you can decide to breastfeed exclusively.

Abeg exclusive breastfeeding does not mean you will now wait till you get breastmilk before you feed your child. You can start exclusive at anytime if your supply and baby allows.

Just calm down. I understand your anxiety, we have all been there but honestly you have nothing to fear. A d&c has to be properly done to avoid infection from retained products. To ease your fears, you can do another scan to be certain all is well.

Allow your body heal, eat right and rest. I have been there and I have two kids now, it is well.

My baby will be 4months by this week Thursday, he has been stooling which is greenish in colour I was told by people around that its teething.
I got teething powder, that has reduced but what baffles me now is he doesn't want to eat.

Most time I tried to give him breastmilk he will decline, he is taking Nan1, since Saturday he has refused to take it. He is loosing weight already.

I don't know what to do so he can eat.

Please help.

Throw away the teething powder and take your child to the hospital. Every thing na teething, na wa.

Yes I intend to just go back to the hospital and have it looked it just so I know all is right down there and i just need to give it time to heal.

I had an episiotomy for my first and even though it was done while the epidural was still in effect (I had no pain meds with this stitch), I dont remember it being so dramatically painful. I could sit easily within a few days and I didnt even do the sitz bath religiously so this is all new.

I might be wrong but I don't think it should be that painful. It also depends on the kind of cut you had but check back with your doctor. I felt better after day 3 sef.

Good morning mamas in the house, please what can I give my 1month old baby her tummy do make noise, and she use to stretch before she fart or poo and that always disturb her sleep, she like sucking even if her tummy is full.

This is normal for babies. The noise and stretching will go with time. At this stage, babies eat alot, it is called cluster feeding, with time it will stop.

That's two days.

Years ago when hubby wanted to get his done, the hospital gave us a room cos hubby couldn't masturbate. In summary, we did withdrawal method grin

. He poured it into the container.

The doctor gave us this option.

My friends had such after delivery. The bleeding just started and kept increasing. She was given drug at the hospital to stop it.

But in your case, it shows retained product which needs to be totally expelled to avoid infection and further complications. I think that's what the cytotec should handle. You need to revisit the hospital and get a scan done to ensure there are no products left in your uterus.

I'm certain you are worried about emergencies. I want to believe you have neighbours you can turn to if the need arises.

Other than that, with normal healthy pregnancies, there is really no need for worries.
