13. MINOTAUR The Minotaur is a mythical creature appearing in Myths having the head and tail of a bull and the body of a man or either as a part human part bull creature living at center of the Labyrinth, which was an elaborate maze-like construction designed by the architect Daedalus and his son Icarus, on the command of King Minos of Crete. There have been a couple versions of the Minotaurs story but one thing they do have in common is that it lived in a labyrinth where he was offered human sacrifices of youthful boys and virgin girls.According to the famous Greek myth the Minotaur was eventually killed by the Hero Theseus (who later founded ATHENS).

6. DID YOU KNOW?! That female ferrets can actually die when on heat if they fail to find a mate. Once they go into heat, they stay that way indefinitely until they breed. Over time, prolonged high doses of estrogen lead to aplastic anemia — a serious condition that can lead to death.

12. WEREWOLF Also known as (LYCANTHROPE which translates as “wolf-human”) is a human with the ability to shapeshift into a wolf (or, especially in modern film, a therianthropic hybrid wolflike creature), either purposely or after being placed under a curse or affliction (often a bite or scratch from another werewolf) with the transformations occurring on the night of a full moon. Early sources for belief in this ability or affliction, called lycanthropy.Which links is back to the origin of the first werewolf, the story of King Lycaon of Arcadia, who was transformed into a wolf because he had sacrificed a child in the altar of Zeus. when Zeus visits Lycaon disguised as a common man, Lycaon wants to test if he is really a god. To that end, he kills a Molossian hostage and serve his entrails to Zeus. Disgusted, the god turns Lycaon into a wolf. As time went by Werewolves became associated with witchcraft often tagged as a men cursed by a powerful witch. They’re known to be at their strongest when fully transformed on Full moons.Although there are modern versions of the werewolf’s that live in packs and can access their abilities whenever and wherever depending on their rank/experience. One of their many abilities include quick regeneration, superhuman speed and strength, increased sense of smell/perception and so many more. Personally,my own favorite version of werewolves are those in “TWILIGHT “ and “TEEN WOLF”

11. KITSUNE Kitsune are intelligent foxes that possess paranormal abilities that increase as they get older and wiser. According to yōkai folklore, all foxes have the ability to shapeshift into human form. While some folktales speak of kitsune employing this ability to trick others – as foxes in folklore often do – other stories portray them as faithful guardians, friends, and lovers. The more tails a kitsune has – they may have as many as nine – the older, wiser, and more powerful it is. Because of their potential power and influence, some people make sacrifices to them as to a deity. One very popular type is the legendary NINE TAILED FOX

10. DRAGONNETS (this will be the last dragon I’ll post for now let’s move onto sth else, maybe later on I’ll talk on the rest ) The Dragonnet is a small dragon, like Terrible Terrors. That doesn't mean they're any less vicious on the battlefield but they are quite rare. The Dragonnet looks just like the Western dragon. It has the same scales, claws, and horns. It can fly and breathe fire. The only real difference between the two species, in fact, is size. Western dragons may be huge, but all dragonnets are human-sized or smaller. Some dragonnets are no larger than a person's finger! The dragonnet's small size is deceptive. Although these creatures are tiny, they are very dangerous to humans. For one thing, dragonnets live and hunt in packs. A group of dragonnets can easily bring down a human victim. For another thing dragonnets have poisonous blood. A person who slays a dragonnet will die if the creature's toxic blood touches his or her skin. Luckily for humans everywhere, most dragonnets stay away from settled areas. They live on high, cold mountaintops, where they survive by eating the babies of larger dragons. Sometimes they sneak into a dragon's nest after killing one of its offspring. They act like babies to get free food and protection from the unsepecting parent.

9.AFRICAN DRAGON African dragons are one of the types of dragons that are not as well known as the European dragon or the Oriental dragon. In fact, most of these dragons are not even recognized or thought of like dragons. Most African dragons are more like large serpents or giant snakes, sometimes possessing only two legs if any at all. These serpent-like dragons were seen several times throughout African culture, including folklore, religion, mythology, and tribal stories. These dragon's stories were found in tribes, cities, and towns all over Africa including Egypt.

bmdmix5:Ehen?!! ok.......but I still think it’s a lot of work to try and keep the bird alive without it’s parents, feeding it lasan it’s a 24hrs job, they’re always hungry (I’m also guilty of such act back then due to my love of pets,I kept snails,crickets,Grasshopper........e.t.c) due to the area I stay, I’ve stumbled across many of this baby birds, every time I try to keep them they end up dead,so I figured they can’t really survive in captivity,it was then I also noticed that their parents do hang around trying to reach the young birds since then I’ve been trying my best whenever I come across one to ensure they stay in contact with their parents as much as I could |
Even if you're able to somehow feed it,what about protecting it from cold?! so its best to try and link it back with its parents |
Polovski:Yh that's how they behave,it probably thinks you're its parent bringing food for it |
Polovski:I once tried feeding one with chicken feed but its quite hard cos the bird can't feed on its own yet,it depends on its mother but as time went by I learnt that if I kept them safe outside where I found them (let's say inside an open cartoon that its parent's can access) the parents will come around to feed it till its able to fly ,I even made a temporary straw nest inside the carton |
Polovski:Seriously its the same scenario just that the one I found was literally dead |
Check around its nest is nearby at that stage they can't survive far away from home,I presently have one nesting in my backyard, it lost a chick two days ago,it somehow fell and bled to death |
OgidiOlu3:Ohoh ok try upgrading it then |
More
