every country there are subsidie, if they have issue with it, the government has to fix it before removing it if at all they want to. Removing subsidie without adequate planning for the ripple effect is a disaster just as it currently. You can support government as some of you always do, but their are consequences for every action. This is the most wicked and insensitive government ever, don't forget NEPA was increase few days back. Government is for the people not for the president or his tribe alone.

you don't get it. They don't go to school for top scores but to connect to their likes. Those guys get the top jobs in the country, they insults their teachers because they knew who their dads are. So a smart dad with moderate income will struggle for their child to be in those kind of schools just to mingle with rich kids

some of you are not getting it. Everything about you guys pro government is tribalism. We're talking against destroying properties while there are alternatives. Look at the property you showed, it employ Nigerians, all gone even when things are so hard under the same government and serious enough, the road may take years to be completed why the rush? I complained against the same thing in Abuja in some years back as well. Aso rock in Abuja is not in Abuja master plan why is it standing? Nothing wrong with rerouting. If the owner challenge government, he will fails even with valid title documents. In the case of over riding public interest title documents is immaterial. So what people are saying is that, government should have rerouting instead of demolishing the place as it will discourage other investors even though they have the power to.
