Ya right. Hindu text says you should not eat beef and scientist have found the link between red meat to colon cancer. Does this mean Hindu text should be followed to the letter? Was mohammad the first person to put sugar in a baby's mouth? He probably did what was done as costum in Arabia. People have been doing this for a long time. |
Lol South African and Egyptian tourism depends on US tourist money. The ppl in the tourism industry will revolt if the govt makes hard for tourist to come to their country. I am sure Egyptian and South African govt are not stupid tptrrow away US money. |
If you already have a immigrant visa and have authorization to work in the US, you'll need to go to Social Security Administration and get you a SS number and card. To work legally the employer have to fill out I-9 and you have to show 2 forms of ID. |
Strictly online. You work from home, you'll need a high speed Internet and land phone. Let me ask you this, are you in the US? If not don't bother. For more info go to westathome.com and click become an agent. |
It depends on the project you get. Some pay about 8$/hr and some pay 12$/hr, they place you on where they need people. |
The only real work at home in US, that I know of is WEST. You have to take inbound marketing or customer service calls. Pay is not great but you get to choose your own hours and work in you house. Go to westathome.com and apply. |
The qualiy of life is great. Cost of living is cheap relative to many European Countries and low inflation. You can do anything within the law and no one would question you. Roads are great and mobility is awesome. Security. Any latest gizmo is avilable to you first before you can get in anywhere in the world. Everything is so standardized here. |
The best one would be SC and Savanna, GA accent. It's very pleasing to hear and they have the good 'ol southern drawl. |
I live 50 miles east of Mobile & abt 15 mins from Alabama border. They do have funny southern accent where they stretch every word and speak real slow. |
Islam is the most intolerant religion in the world. Check the blasphamy laws in Pakistan wher even a minor can be killed for unknowingly insulting the Koran or mohammad. |
In Moghul India, the Hindus survived, prospered and eventually took over. What a stupid and dumb comment. Hindus lived in India was ever and Islamic invaders occupied India and killed and raped women and many were converted thru force. Hindus did not eventually takeover, they got India back from evil Islamic forces. |
gongo aso: SubscribedWhere you in Panama City in Florida? The one in North West Florida or was it Panama City in Panama? |
It depends on the nature of your visit and what the immigration officer thinks the time it will take to accomplish it. He may give you 6 mo or 1 mo, no one can say. |
For a tourist VISA it don't matter who invites you, its only your current situation that matters. Your finances, family ties and job ties. With you having nojob and no family ties the VO is going to assume that you'll not return back to Nigeria. The worse thing for you would be to have that Girl invite you, because the VO will assume that you'll marry her and try to change your status. |
No you cannot. You'll get 5 years ban for overstaying. |
How old are you and how old is the girl who is inviting you? Are you married and have children? It will raise a red flag if the girl is of your age because the VO is going to think that you'll try to marry her and not come back. It don't matter how much money you have or who is sponsoring you, you need to convince the VO that you'll come back after your visit. You'll have to show strong ties to Nigeria. If you are Married and have children it might help or if you are in a good job and make very good money. Thats why its very hard for anyone to get B1 or B2 visa for US. Remember everyone is considered a potiential immigrant to the US and its your job to convince the VO otherwise. |
Hey, post in this forum http://www.visajourney.com/ They are very knowledgeable in immigration visas. |
Where does she say the child is living with the hubby's sister? She said the child was born there. If the child is living with the hubby's sister and she provided more than 1/2 the support then she had all the right to claim the child as the dependent. If not then it is illegal. |
Ok, here is what your hubby's sister want to do; she want to claim your child as her dependent so she could get Earned Income Credit or to reduce her tax liablity. If she is not making good money, say like 20,000$ per year then she want to use your clid to get earned income credit. Probably she might have promised to send you part of the money for letting her use your child's ss#. Lot of people here do it to cheat the goverment, but not many get caught. But think of your child's future, if this SS# is used for someother things then your child's credit get messed up. If the credit is messed up then your child will have a hard time settling this. If it was me I would not do it, |
It depends on where in India you are going to. Banglore has the best climate in India year round. North India is hot in the summer and cold in the winter and South India its hot in the summer and mild in the winter. India used to be cheap but the major Cities are getting very expensive. LMK where in India you are going to. |
There are some Nigerians playing for East Bengal and Mohun Bagan they were established in 1920 and 1889 respectively, so football is played in India but cricket is 1000 times as popular as Football. May be Nigerians need to pick up cricket a la Kenya and South Africa and make good money in IPL leagues. |
@OP, I don't know if this is real deal or not, but just want to let you know that people in Bangladesh are crazy about football too. India is a cricketing country but football is very popular in the state of West Bengal, infact that area is the only place in India where you'll find more people crazy about Football than anywhere in India. Bangladesh and west bengal are culturally very similar, they may be of different relegion but share similar cultural ties. Get more info on the club, like name of the club and research them online. You also have to understand that clubs in Banglades don't follow the same regulations for foreign players as the European clubs do. So Check everything out before you make a trip out there. |
I have another work from home company, I'll post it when I go home this evening. |
Hey, Do you have comuter with broadband internet and land line phone? If yes and you are willing to do customer service from home at min wage then I can recommend you to work at home site. Go to westathome.com and apply there, they are looking for lot of agents duing the holiday time and they contract with different companies like virgin, toys R us and comcast etc. Direct Response (DR) is the most flexible project where you can pick up hrs anytime of the day (if avilable). Its inbound sales calls for informecials you see on TV like "Magic Bullet" or those stupid knives. But this should help you till you get a good job and you can do this part time for extra cash. |
I would stick for this guy and am willing to embarass anyone with haired opinions without a logical ends. the OP need candid opinion and not discouraging comments. Again read very well JUSTWISE no one has promised he would be able to work with VISITORS VISA, and where ever you find comment kindly make refrence and let get this particular point over withI don't know what are you talking? The OP's question was how he can convert his visit visa so he can stay in Israel and work and later on move to Canada. He wanted to know that if the advice given to him by his pastor that he can an get an attorney to change his visa status. No one here told him not to go and visit Israel, he has a visa to go there and if he has necessary funds he may as well visit Israel. Understad that we are just telling him that it will be hard form him to convert his visit visa to work visa in Israel and getting an attorney to do that will not work. In case he works in Israel with his Visit VIsa the he is doing something illegal. May be you need to go and read the OP original post before accusing everyone who has other point of view as arrogant or show offs. |
Nobody here is an immigration expert, nobody is a fortune reader nobody here is an immigration solicitor, a bit of common sense and humility would go a long way. op could as well go and job hunt who knows he could find a job in Isreal whereby the employer would be willing to file for his work permit visa, he could be an incountry application or he has to come back to nigeria but then atleast he has secured a job and he could come and apply for his owrk permit. not you lots deterring him from making the move and ushering complete daunting and hopeless advise. I would keep coming back as long as i see any traces of arrogance and pride in any comment on this thread.Wow man, thats lots of "if". Yes, nobody is an immigration expert here and everyone's situation is different, but you have to understand that no one is advising the OP but just giving their opinion. You have to take any advice you get on the internet with a grain of salt. Some of us are telling his the reality but you are giving him an eutopian view. OP is an adult and only he is responsible for his life and decesions. Now he has got both sides in front of him and he can choose which way he wants to take and he will face the consequence of that. If he makes it, then well and good for him and if he don't, well that was his choice. Good Luck for the OP in whatever he does. |
Sorry man, I am just stating the obvious. Life of an illegal immigrant is hard, you'll end up with low paying job and having to look over your shoulder all the time. I see lot of Central Americans here in the US, they are hardworking, but they end up with low paying jobs with no chance of going up, they can work years and years but they won'r make anything more than min wage. After the new law that passed in AL many illegal immigrant famalies had to pack up and leave the state for the fear of being caught and deported, many had to leave behind the things they had worked years for, like their house. Except for asylum, there is no bases for you to claim work permit in Israel. You'll be better off going on a student's visa to an European country. What your pastor is doing is very similar to Human Trafficking. |
I understand the desperation of the original poster, but what he is about to do is what makes other legitimate travelers find hard to get a visa. I have seen many people here complain about western embassys not granting visas to Nigerians and taking their money, but they fail to realise that people like the OP have build a bad reputation for Nigerians. I am also concerned about the advice the Pastor gave you, he cannot be a Man of God if he is going to advice you to cheat and tell a lie. |
i dont she committed any crime, they have been looking for her.(I THINK)Staying in the US after the appeal has been rejected is illegal so it is a crime. They are getting very strict now a days. Had she married your uncle (If he is an US citizen) then she could have done Adjustment of Status. She need to get a good immigration attorney to fight her case. |
Do I need a notarized letter of invitation in order to apply? The Embassy does not require applicants to provide an invitation from a party in the United States. If you choose to present an invitation or letter from your relative, friend, or business contact in the U.S., please bring it with you on the day of your interview. Please do not send invitations or letters directly to the Embassy. Since invitations are not required documents, they may be presented in any format, such as email or fax. There is no need to notarize an invitation, and there is no standard format or requirements as to its content. If you already filled it out like that then just leave it and tell the truth. Remember the if your ties to Nigeria outweighs the VO preception that you'll stay in the US then you'll get the Visa. So work on getting the doccuments necessary to show that you have strong ties to Nigeria. |
I don't think the invitation is going to help you, infact it might work against you. Since you have an relative there the VO might think that you have more chance of staying in the US . You have to prove to the VO on your own that you will come back to Nigeria after your visit is over. You have to show stronger ties to Nigeria. How old are you? Are you M or F? Are you married and have kids? Do have have a steady job and how long are you working in that job? Do you own tangable proprety in Nigeria, like a land or house in your name? IF all the above are satsified then they'll see if you have enough funds to cover your trip. Your bank statments should show steady balance of funds You should not have had a big deposit just before the interview to boost your balance etc. Also when you answer any questions look in the eye and answer, do not look away or look down when talking to the VO and be consistant in your answers. |
Ofcourse, anyone can apply for a visa, that doesn't mean you'll get a visa. Which country you want to go as a tourist? And next logical question is how are you going to pay for the trip? |
