Orestino: From the rule of surds Sqr(ab) = sqr(a) × sqr(b) sqr(1225) = sqr(100 × 12.25) = sqr(100) × sqr(12.25) = 10 × 3.5 =35 hence sqr(1225) = 35 Thanks boss it remains the other questions |

drnoel: Am only going to quote this portion cos I want to react to it specifically; yes it's possible to hire any nanny to look after Ur child but we weren't looking for any nanny. The money to pay the nanny was not the problem but rather the nanny itself (one can't be too careful). In some cases but only when one pays tax and has a good health insurance one could even get the health insurance to pay for the nanny if one can prove that one is incapacitated to do so (that by the way was the situation we found ourselves then).
The other comments u made like the government raising one about 180 to 200 per child only goes so far and really doesn't cover much or any of the expenses one runs with ones children. Children are expensive in Germany but I see now what entices u to the country. Money is not everything. The people suffering I mentioned earlier was yes mostly illegals but I also know and met students who ran out of funds and had stress keeping body and soul together.
Like I said, Ur life Ur decision. Let noone discourage u otherwise. My intention wasn't to discourage but to give other perspective to the discussion. Cheers!! The more you try to proof a point the more your points become meaningless..The man in Germany explained what he passed through in Nigeria before he travelled out to Germany to further his studies..if he is ur family will you advise him to continue with teaching in private secondary school with less than 30k?what is the percentage of those ppl that are living fine in Nigeria? The guy even said he hasn't given his parents money when he was in Nigeria now there's divine breakthrough in his life for planning to send money to his parents for Christmas this December, now tell me has his life not change for good compare to when he was teaching in a private school in Nigeria? |

Basalt:

I am surprised to see this post from somebody that breathes. Did you by any means read my starting story and how I was earning less than 30k in Nigeria since graduating from school before getting this opportunity? It is people like you who discourage young guys from being better than they would have been, I am not saying that one can't make it in Nigeria but Nigeria no dey favour everybody, like I said in my earlier post, if e favour you then enjoy but if e no favour you like me, then find your way legally if you have the opportunity and believe me you will never regret it, I can attest to it. Do you know how much I make here in Germany for just a single day of going to work all night? about 40,100 naira, which means in a single day of softwork, I make more than what I was making working like a slave teaching in private school for an entire month in Nigeria (even after tax) and I work 5 times in a week. Do the mathematics for a month bro and stop discouraging people from taking a bold step. Most people here make in a month what most graduates can't make in an entire year. Nigeria favours only the rich and fortunate ones bro, dont use the minor ones it favours to generalize because many youths are suffering and earning peanuts in Nigeria. You talk about ten years from now, now tell me, What would I have achieved in ten years as a private school teacher earning less than 30,000 naira? What grave mistake did I make by deciding to leave private school for an MSc program in Germany? You are indeed not making any sense at all I am really so surprised that someone who still breathes and has human sense sounds like this honestly like someone said earlier not everyone on Nairaland is mentally normal who knows he might be psychic patient. We have lots of them on Nairaland |

salford1: This was also discussed in the living in Canada thread some days ago. Some of the posters thought that the white girls have craze in the head. Some do actually but most do not. It's just that new arrivals don't understand the culture and the whole dating scene. It's nothing about being racists. Same applies in the UK (lived there for a while). I think alot of non-western black men are confusing the porn industry with reality.
Would white girls date black guys? Of course, she would date if she likes you, and you are compatible culture wise, gets to know you well to understand your culture and you understand hers, and definitely not because of that thing in your pants. Often times, the non-western accent is also a turn-off to some. You chat okay via text or whatever but the moment she senses that you are non-western, that is the end. My roommate when I was studying in the UK was a British born Nigerian. My guy changed girlfriends (oyinbo) every 4months or so without the girls ghosting him.
The most common white women that won't mind dating irrespective of whether you come from the moon or from Mars, and are purple in complexion or stink like a skunk: are the big (complex), not fine(complex), sluts, junkie, rejected, on a revenge mission, sexually twisted (cokhold) , etc. You can be lucky to find one of those listed above. Just ensure you wrap up well. I am talking from what I have seen from my family and friends they travelled to USA and UK in 1990s and early 2000 via student route and high percentage of them got marry to young educated white British and American's not like how you guys paint as if it is extremely hard u Maybe you are not that lucky during your time |

iammiracle1: I really enjoyed this write up as it was sincerely true, one of my big paddy wasted 3 years looking for a white woman to marry, baba even bleached and gymed all in the bid to look more attractive, he even started dating orobos, single moms, very unattractive women all in the hustle to score, baba even recieved insults and took shi.t he won't normally take, he later settled with one that divorced him after 1 year, he couldn't even get the papers nor "prestige of dating a whitey" he had to come back home and pick a good girl, something that his mates had long married from 9ja here and collabo"d together and gotten PR, in essence I advise my men them just be you and roll freely, if you find love fine, but no go kill yourself because it's mostly never all that you think it would be, you think 9JA girls are feminists? You never see something. But all the aforementioned are not rampant in USA or UK maybe germans still have alittle bit racist in their blood |

Prettiepearlz: Are you married? If yes, does your wife have experience in NOC A, 0 or B? Does she have a degree? Masters or two or more certificates like ND & HND, Bsc &PGD? (If she doesn’t have two or more, not to worry, there are other ways to get two or more quickly) If the answers are yes, she can be the principal applicant and all you need to do is support by writing IELTS, evaluating your transcript to boost her CRS points. Please go through page one to understand better also. does it mean that OND and HND indicates two certificates and have more score than only First degree? |

Kindness01: Good day all, Please my friend's admission is on the line. She was offered admission by SolBridge University, and she's done all the necessary things, paid all fees and done all authentication. The issue here is that the school might cancel her admission if she doesn't show up in school 2weeks after resumption. The 2weeks would elapse this Sunday, being 8th of Sept. Till this day, The Embassy is yet to approve her Visa. What could be the problem please? Which of the embassy did she submitted her documents? If it is Abuja it will take 10 working days before it is ready.besides call Vsf korea office in Abuja for clarification about the delay sometimes the embassy might have sent it to Vsf office which means the delay maybe from vsf . call them |
