Lately I've been on a journey to better myself and I realised that music plays a major role in determining whether one is/will be a Simp/Beta male or an Alpha.

I recently fully switched to listening to hip hop and rap songs and all I can say is that it does great work to the mind because instead of constantly glorifying women, hip hop/rap artists mostly sing about themselves, how awesome and powerful they are, how rich they are or want to be, how loyal their circle is, and lastly about the true nature of women.
listening to hip hop music is also a great confidence booster and I recommend it to anyone who isn't already game.
