No.. I just hard reset my phone recently.. Its was fast before I upgraded to MUIU 12.. I haven't installed any app since the upgrade which was this morning. The slowness is very much noticeable.

check Apps that are on autostart
and reduce them, also try reducing animations in developer settings... MIUI 12 came with a lot of animations.

try a different charger(original fast charger)... it might be that your unit shipped with a factory defective charger.

how long does the device stay on before it restarts? if it stays on for some minutes you can quickly deactivate find my device and see how it goes.

I know data is expensive but you should try and download the full game which is around 800mb. I used both the full version and modded version to complete the game. the trick is to start playing the full version first then you will come to a stage where one of your comrades will be abducted, this particular stage always crashes on the full version so you will have to switch to the modded version to pass the stage.

Ever since I updated my RN9S, the phone has been heating up, it doesn't get hot before regardless of the usage.. Now ordinary to play candy crush without data on, phone heats like it's in a furnace.


Also, it drops 1% in 6 minutes now, as against the 16 minutes it does before.

hold power button for 15 secs to force reboot it a number of times, your device is in a phase where it is trying to adapt to the installed update... if it doesn't normalise, you will have to download and flash full rom manually.

Well, being a current user of a Poco X3 NFC after upgrading from a Redmi note 8, I would say the is a very noticeable difference between a 60hz phone and a 90hz or 120hz phone both especially in gameplay and overall day to day usage. So IMO you're wrong on that point.

there is a difference but the difference can be easily overlooked, a non techy user wouldn't notice nor appreciate a higher refresh rate.
