Good evening all.
1. Yes, its better to install doors before tiles, it's d level from d doors dat d tiler will use to screed.

2. If there won't be traffic in d bathroom, Pvc doors will serve, if otherwise, u can use American panel doors, it's a steel coated door. The steel prevents water to get to d wood.

3. Flush door and panel doors are basically the same , both will serve thesame purpose. Just that panel doors have some architectural designs and flush doors are just plane.

The issue is it depends on how you set up your bathroom and the size of the bathroom also contribute to the total length needed
But you can buy btw 30-40meter.

Saw CDK tiles in Mile 3 side of PH, but i cant differentiate the fake from the real CDK tiles, may be some guru can help on this. the were going for 3500 per sq meter.

If you are going for 'not-so-expensive' Tiles , dont use very shiny types for the living room.
There traffic of feet will make it lose that shine so quickly it will be obvious you used a 'not-so-expensive' tile!
Use those that are not shiny for your living room and use a bright color (preferably white with some light ash).

use mostly non-primary colours that are brighgt, they give an air of 'space' and cleanliness.
Use large Tiles as much as possible (60x60), they are faster & cheaper to install and have fewer joint-lines, which makes them more appealing when installed

CDK Tiles is Nigerian made and not doing very bad. Sold in Lagos, dont know if they sell it in the East.

I am not a Tiler or a Contractor, l am just speaking from my own experiences, of my personal builds.
