The Costal road will help community around it to have a good road network to big cities and develop the economic growth of the people there. The costal road will easy the traffic on the benin-ore road and East-west road.

Finally have you ask yourself if the Benin-Ore road is blocked for 7days, what will happen? is there any other road linking SW-SE-SS? Imagine this impart on business and safety of the regions.

At 27 years u still make iphone ur priority, no now u fall hand. He bought it for u so return it back to him. At 27 years u should not depend on him solely.
Go back home beg him and tell him all na mistake, explain the money part to him calmly, am sure later he will find out u did not take the money. If possible drop the iphone for him, hustle a new line of business and plan to move out of the house. I will advise don't stay with a friend. Get ur own place.

I now understand you properly. We thank God for life. The automatic will do you just fine. Just to add, the only con I have felt is accidentally pressing the key which can leave your gate open. Something of such happened when my young daughter got a hold of the remote and starting playing with it. The gateman of the opposite building had to put a call to me somewhat around 11pm to tell me my gate was flung wide open. I quickly rushed to close and do a security check round the compound

Automatic gate might never replace the functions a gateman carries out but it saves stress attributed to the controls of your gate.

I use centurion d5 and it's been up and doing. I haven't fixed or repaired anything yet. I just grease from time to time. I think the machine cost about 350-400k then. Not sure how much it'd cost now judging from inflation
