Most teams in European( both national and league) do have some training section with VAR. this is just to let them know how it works. They are also giving a presentation about it. Back to Africa, are we even using VAR in the group stage of the CAF nations cup? NO. This show how shallow our preparations is to international tournaments.
Let wait and see the drama that will be happening with VAR from quarter finals of CAF nations cup.
Some African counties will call it names that will blow our minds.

filling the foundation now might cost u more as per labour,because while the foundation was open all they need was to roll wheel barrow and pour. Now they will have to use head or bucket for the inner side of the house. Also German flooring is always good. it will safe u from any form of terminate issue in future. might be expensive but worth it.

I want us to share knowledge about securing your property with Electrical fence or barbed wire.
Here I have 2 scenarios
1. Electrical fence in Nigeria that power supply is nothing to write home about. Am sure your reaction will be why not put it on solar and inverter since you have the money. My question is how long the solar inverter last to secure your fence and same time power the appliance in the house. Some will say you can use generator to support.

2. Barbed wire might not look fancy like the electrical counterpart but over years this product has serve and have been improved on. Now will have the anti-rust one that last years without any rust. Barbed wire does need to be electrified before your compound is secured.

I know there are other scenarios from the above, so please let share idea about these 2 two methods to secure house in Nigeria.
Personally, I told my installer I want barbed wire due to the power issue in the country. And now I’m looking for a way to put an alarm on it without electrifying it. Anyone with an idea?

Drilling to develop egina field start 2015 and over 30 wells have been drilled and the first oil produced was few days after Xmas of 2018. GEJ or PMB I don't care.
Engina is starting far earlier beyond schedule. The projection for egina was 2020 for it first production. But with d efficiency of total, his drilling crew and close monitoring of NNPC and DPR. EGINA is producing 200,000 bpd as at today.

Got it for 39k. But there are more expensive ones depending on the brand.

With the type of load he has a single phase change over switch is not advisable. The knife change over switch comes in single phase and not THREE phase.

The electrician got a big 63 Amps three phase change over which I stopped him to install and told him 100 Amps rating should be used. He brought his calculation book and explain that the 63 amps is good. But not convinced yet.

theoritically, a 2hp ac is abt 1600w / 240v = 7amps approx, yet 15amps fuse is specified for it, water heater, small ones is 1000w, big ones 1500w, 1000w/240v = 4amps approx, so 11amps total for 1 room, using a 20amps fuse/breaker ix an acceptable design philosophy.
again, the market is awash with fakes, a 25amp rated product might actualy be 10amps! in reality

1 no of 1.5hp AC.
4 no of 15 liter water heater.

There is no issue here. Ask God for direction and he will give peace all round.
The solution is this. Call a lawyer and change the name to your kids name. Am talking from what is working for me. All my properties are in my kids name and my wife know about it. Plan for ur kids and never have a misunderstanding that will make u two to talk about personal achievement to ridicule each other.
Carry only ur daddy along in this matter and if possible arrange a meeting with him where his dad,ur lawyer and ur dad will be in attendance to beg and present d kids as the new owner of the house.

Limestone is a sedimentary rock (due to deposition of sediment)
Metamorphosed Granite is Gneiss.
So for our chipping in Nigeria it either Granite or Gneiss they crush to different sizes. why we have more of Granite in the North, west and middle belt of Nigeria is due to the basement complex. The little granite you see in southern Nigeria are due to intrusions through fault and fractions in earth crust.
On the other hand the Limestone deposited is favor by deposition in marine environment.
Limestone metamorphose to marble (under very High temperature, pressure and other complex conditions)
Summary: Limestone Not Granite.
