Pls I'm in dilemma, I obtained both OND and HND certificates and I want apply for federal fire service, I wanted to apply with HND but I was told to use OND certificate by my UNCLE, although he is not in the system(I mean in FFS) but said it's easy to enter through lower cadre more than higher position.
But I'm concerned that how will I hold HND and OND for a requirement. Looking belittled!

Yes it is very true that chances of getting these kind of jobs are higher for lower cadre than higher ones, and yes the pay would be obviously lower and chances of promotion/conversion is usually slim. However if you believe and have faith you can follow your heart.

So long as it's not beyond six months. If it is, I'll advice you do another just to be safe.

When is this pro version coming out na?? The month is gradually coming to an end yet no comment on the release date??!!

Talking about the specialist applicants... I don't think that there be a provision to apply under specialist if dey don't intend recruiting through that means as well. Secondly, I also don't think it's just a big coincidence that everyone who applied under specialist wasn't or rather hasn't been invited (correct me if I'm wrong). I want to believe that there is a plan for those who applied under specialist which we don't yet know about. So guys be patient and hopeful.. Don't let frustration and desperation kill you unnecessarily. I'm also a specialist applicant and I'm hopeful!
