I have a question as per this covid-19 n need answer.

The cases has been increasing drastically over the last one month, pls my question is how is the test been done, Is NCDC team going around to test people randomly or are dey going after only sick people or they only act based on distress calls or are dey tracing the contacts of those that have covid-19 n their sample are being tested?

Just want to know pls.
