A wife on Facebook comment on a comment section of how she prank her husband... Read the story below: Exactly what I did years ago. I bought an Airtel line and decided to use it to call my husband so I didn't allow him to pick it so he called back to know who was calling him. I changed my voice and didn't speak loud so he was the one who eventually mentioned name as charity then I answered. He said how are you, hope all is fine? I said yes but just that I have headache. Before I knew it, he was calling every minute to ask how I was feeling? Not knowing he was speaking with me and he will even go outside to make those calls. So few hours later, me as the wife was like, I'm not feeling alright ooo, he was like fine drug and use now. He went out and buy some drugs and threw it at me that that is it ooo, if you like use it. Each time I acted as charity to flash him, he rush outside to call back. So he asked of charity's address so he can meet her then I asked where he is? He said he went to visit his sick mum and I asked if he is married he said no. Who owns the baby that is crying? He said it's a neighbor's baby. I said ok, so I gave him address to come over to Lagos from Ibadan. That was how hubby left Ibadan as early as 5 am the following day, tell me his wife that he has to go back to work urgently to resume and because of the monthly sanitation then I said ok. He Left truly and kept calling charity till he got to Lagos.I told him to meet me at Marwa bus stop which is first round about lekki after toll gate. He even have to give the phone to driver at obalende to confirm the address. Not until he got to the bus stop and was waiting under the sun almost an hour for me to come and pick him then I kept telling him I was busy with my customers because I own a shop. Finally after waisting his time, I told him to go and take care of his wife. Though I later on let him know I was the charity he had been calling and I told his mum about it too.

Royal families in Oyun local government, Kwara State, have kicked against the appointment of the aide-de-camp (ADC) to President Bola Tinubu, Lt. Col. Nurudeen Alowonle Yusuf, as the new king of Ilemona. Yusuf is the son of the late monarch, Oba Yusuf Omokanye Oyekanmi, the Elemona of Ilemona who died in May, at the age of 95. There are indications that the process of announcing the president's aide as the new king-designate is only waiting to be ratified by the state government, though there is no official statement on the matter yet. However, the Guardian learnt that some members of the royal families are protesting the appointment of the president's aide. They claimed that they were excluded from the selection process while also insisting that they are also entitled to the vacant seat. Yusuf was appointed as ADC to President Tinubu on May 1, 2023. He has had a distinguished military career, serving in sensitive roles in the Presidential Villa during the administration of former President Goodluck Jonathan. A member of the royal families, Prince Afeez Adewale of the Shittu ruling house, in a statement made available to The Guardian on Friday, said the appointment of Yusuf is an exploitation of his family's right to become the next King of Ilemona town. He explained that two ruling lineages exist in Ilemona town, namely the Arolu ruling house and the Ogobi family. Several attempts to contact the President's aide to speak on the matter were unsuccessful as phone calls put to him did not go through and messages sent to him were not rep. "The Arolus are Omokanye, Shittu, Atoyebi, and Oyeyemi While Ogobis consisted of Ajagba Adeyemi, Ibitoye, Adeyemo, Oyebukola, Olarinoye and Adeleke before we were graded to third class by late ex governor of Kwara state, Muhammad Lawal during the late Oba Omokanye Yusuf tenure. Oba Omokanye is the biological father of the ADC Yusuf Nurudeen," the family said. He alleged that other members of the royal families except that of the president's aide were not involved in the nomination process, urging the government to do thorough investigation on the matter to avoid Injustice. He stated: "All the listed ruling families both in Arolu and Ogobi are not involved in the nomination of the candidate except that of the late Yusuf Omokanye only. The process is already compromised, and it violated the selection process. Out of four kingmakers, three seats are vacant till today. I wonder where he singlehandedly started his selection process. https://guardian.ng/royal-families-reject-tinubus-adc-as-new-king-of-ilemona/

Research and Due Diligence: Thoroughly research the market trends, property values, and neighborhood dynamics before making any real estate investment. 2. Financial Planning: Establish a clear budget and secure financing before diving into property transactions. Be mindful of hidden costs like taxes, maintenance, and potential renovations. 3. Location is Key: The value of a property often depends on its location. Choose areas with growth potential, amenities, and low crime rates. 4. The General Overseer of one of the biggest church in the world has said through the Open Heaven Daily Devotional titled Benefits of Witnessing Pt.1 this morning that he is the richest man in the world today. He penned down the statement while stressing the need to be a soul winner and a preacher of the gospel of Christ. Reading from the 1 Corinthians 3 verse 8, “Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one; and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour.” He emphasis on the statement by saying there is no place in the whole world that he will get to today that all of his sons and daughters in the Lord will not be willing to accommodate him, that what can be more richer than that. The copy of the Daily devotional below... OPEN HEAVENS DAILY DEVOTIONAL 2022 (FRI. 16-09-2022) TOPIC: BENEFITS OF WITNESSING 1 MEMORISE: “Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one; and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour.” – (1 Corinthians 3: READ: Daniel 12:3 (KJV) And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever. MESSAGE: There are several benefits to gain from telling people about Jesus Christ. Maybe if you knew the benefits, you would preach the gospel some more. Today, we will discuss just one of the numerous benefits of sharing the gospel of Christ and this is found in our Bible reading for today; Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one; and every man shall receive his own reward according to his labour. - (1 Corinthians 3: ![]() You will become a star when you preach Christ's gospel. For example, the more people you bring to the Almighty God, the more children in the Lord you will have. I am yet to see someone who was not grateful to the person who preached to and led him or her from the path to hell. Even today, I bless God for the man who brought me to The Redeemed Christian Church of God where I met Christ. If not for him who obeyed the instruction of the Lord to witness, only God knows how miserable my life would have become now. I say it boldly anywhere that I am the richest man in the world. I am the richest man in the world because there is no city in the whole world where I don't have a house. You ask me how? Well, there is no city I get to today where I would need accommodation and not get a house to sleep in because I have children in the Lord who would be struggling to host me in their homes the moment they hear that I am around. It is not because I have any money to give them, but simply that I led them to Christ and helped them grow closer to Him. The more people you lead to Christ, the more celebrated you would be; you would indeed become a star. Winning souls is the Father's business. If you go about the Father's business and do your part to make it prosper, He would say thank you to you by making you a star. You would drive cars you didn't buy, live in houses you didn't build and become so respected that when you speak people would pay attention. ACTION POINT: Commit to spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. BIBLE IN ONE YEAR: Ezekiel 29 - 31 AUTHOR: PASTOR E A ADEBOYE HYMNAL: 9 - I'VE A MESSAGE FROM THE LORD, HALLELUJAH! |
