Jabila:when Ruiz signed on for the first bout, the rematch terms were already outlined in that contract, which was what was agreed by both parties. Negotiated and agreed. Joshua will be the one who ultimately decides where that fight takes place. |

___________________________________ HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO OLUWASEUN TEMITOPE OSEWA ___________________________________ Nairaland is the biggest forum in Africa and currently third in the world. With over 1.9 million registered members and a whooping 10 million unique visitor rating every month, the founder, Seun Osewa's net worth is sure to be in millions of dollars. After a brief failure with web hosting in 2003, Seun Osewa founded the biggest Forum in the country called Nairaland in 2005. It is sometimes known as the 'Google of Nigeria' because its has covered virtually almost every topic imaginable. The founder of Nairaland, Oluwaseun Temitope Osewa was born in Sango Otta in Ogun state. He attended Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) and studied electrical engineering. He dropped out some years after to focus on internet business at that time. He is the founder of Nairaland and started his experiment for Nairaland between 2003 and 2005 when he created three forums, one of them was meant for students of higher educational institutions, the second one was for IT discussions, and the third one, Mobile Nigeria, was meant to cover the GSM industry that was emerging in Nigeria then. The latter turned out to be Nairaland the biggest forum in Africa. The forum currently has almost 2 million registered members and still counting. Nairaland's success didn’t come easy as Seun had to wade off spammers and trolls on the forum on a daily basis. Eventually in 2014, Nairaland suffered a malicious hacker attack, which disabled the site for several days and deleted all the data. According to our calculations based on valuations on Nairaland and ad space, Seun Osewa is worth $5Million. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TEMITOPE OSEWA Cc; Seun lalasticlala Roctation

A driver who was on a five-hour drive to visit his sick mother has been slapped with a £200 fine for sleeping at a motorway service station. Chris Allen, 29, stopped for a coffee and took a rest when he was travelling from Devon to Grantham, Lincolnshire, to visit his mum Angela, 62, who had been rushed to hopistal. He ended up having a six-and-a-half-hour sleep from 1.30am to 8am - which is over the two-hour parking limit at the motorway service. He said he did not realise he needed to pay and drove off from Leicester Forest East services. Three months later, he received a £100 fine but he refused to pay it because he said he followed road safety advice. Chris, a delivery driver, said: "I didn't pay it out of principle." company ParkingEye two weeks ago, and a judge doubled his fine. Chris was in rage and blasted: "I don't think I should pay a £200 fine for doing what any responsible driver should do, which is stop when they're tired. "They're more interested in getting money out of you. The whole attitude is appalling. "In the future, I will strongly advise people not to take a break when tired."
