They've instructed Referees never to count to 3 unless it's the stipulated finish. It's happening too often.
The second issue is where wrestlers forget to put their shoulders down on the mat for the 3 count. The Ref has to make them adjust.
La Knight made this mistake last Raw during his match against Jey Uso.
