Secondly, Register domain from the perspective of general users/buyers with a business orientated mindset (look beyond domain stats....

What do I mean:
1. Some kinda of business needs a domain to dominate & function eg: wedding caterer, courier, rentals of anything, contractor service, limo, Movers, vacation, tattoo removal etc.... Usually one time service with no permanent clients.

2.While Some Service doesn't need a domain to work and be relevant eg, a groomer vet, locksmith, med doctor, band show, repairer.. As long as there is enough regular customer coming and referring them, domain can pause. Don't EMD them. There is always exception though.

This also applies to Geo names, reg name with popular location! Everyone know this.
Should you want to reg a location you haven't heard of before, ...Make sure to check map and do research and see if more popular places are within the territory perimeter of that location. If it's true, they would always overshadowed the location in the enduser/local preference of economy/livestyles... Real estate/ Realtor names fit into this cateria

Major enduser can do anything without d web guy. web guy doesn't want their clients to trust other people apart from them. They advice against external ideas.
This applies to EMD (Exact Match Domain) Any Small coy with woman as head and or there's web designs name/logo in the website is a no no.
Think about it, chiro, dentist, EMD usually falls in this categories. There's exception though.

The whole purpose is to target, independence hustling business or old guy biz. Anything good that would bring job is a good idea eg. Charter, plumbing, all custom builders, investigators, logistics, event hall etc. Handyman jobs. You can study @OP (ikye promotion past sales for more on this).

Wow, thank you for this, I personally started to think the same also ever since I started out-bounding, I registered Bakersfieldclinic /king and Columbusanimalclinic/king but I noticed most of this services do not necessarily need a domain to make a sale.. Mehn, this domain business is not easy but I’m not giving up, most times, I stayed up late outbouding, have not gotten a single reply on my emails😀😀 but we move, I will continue to send message till I make my first sale.. I don outbound 4 different domain without reply😀😀 and Some of my mails are getting Opened because I tracked it with Mailtrack still no single reply, even when I asked just a question they won’t reply. I just hope I’m doing it right Sha, because I took my time to learn well before embarking on it.

Let it receive emails for a day or two

You can then start using it to outbound

You can even send up to 100 mails per day with the new email address

Not the same day. All mail was sent within 4 months

mine was spread over A week. I sent 50 outbound emails for a particular domain without issues, but I noticed immediately I change the domain I was outbouding to another, my email started falling into spam box

Sold 52 domains in 2022.

Gross around 14K.

That's like 700K salary in naija every month.

Average of 4 sales every month.

No month without a sale since 2021.

Portfolio size: around 120 now down to 80+

Highest sale in November: 10 sales.

October & December 6 sales.

From October to December I stopped most work: buying and outbounding & just trying to reach out to end users again.

I outbound from Tuesday to Thursdays. And in the evening from 5pm downwards for better response.

If I become more serious I may decide to increase the momentum( higher portfolio size) but for now I'm ok with this.

If u r doing outbounds take advantage of January to pile up two to three sales as that might b d bedrock for subsequent months...things tend to slow down until the ember months again.

Ed seems to be dried up guess I have to change another strategy---we move.

sold this brandable= nutrizol/king for 1998 used almost 80% of the proceedings to buy worthless trending names of 2022 in the verse and web3 niche thanks to the influence of a telegram domain investing group I found myself instead of using and sticking to Beckplanet strategy which kind of wanted to work in 2021....lesson learned & experience is the best teacher. Now I dey so leave that telegram group. I'm not even in any group. Sticking to NL, Twitter, Podcast, namepros & other blogs in 2023 if God keeps us alive. Money wey I for use for dirty December.

Lesson==observe the year and stick to any strategy that worked for the next year.

I got hold of a bulk purchase of some couple geos in law niche domains about 21 of them via Sav for 6.99 around 150 investment and have sold more than half for an average price of 200. I was sceptical at first to bulk buy but thanks to God that I pulled the trigger and saw value in the names. At that time SAV weren't doing domain PUSH; so I had to wait for 3 months to outbound the domains.

Lesson==sometimes u got to pull the trigger.

Here are few things that worked for me:

Here is thing I normally do use LE, then use CB for authentic email. The more CB email you got, the better.

I outbound from 8pm to 6am. Almost all my sales drop at night.

Use a very crafting sales letter with subject, then follow up like you know what they're thinking.

Most follow up are majory 3 times in a week. Just like aggressive outbound.

You would get, reply, someone demanding questions or another name, clear their doubt...
