One thing we all should know is that there isn't any secret any magic to domaining ....there is nothing IcauseTrouble and other gurus will teach one that hasn't been thought freely on this thread, namepros, twitter etc

Domaining is something that u have to find Ur own angle already the basics, principles and everything are already laid down.

Just like football. There are many tactics and many methods...any one can learn the basic principles of football but no one can make u to become a master.

I don't think there isn't any ardent follower of thread for the past one year that can say he doesn't know the principles of domaining.

There's no any secret formula.....first u have to get good names(several sources), u have to keep renewing, u have to wait(maybe several years), u have to be on the buy, you have to have a robust portfolio, u have to have a large portfolio, u have to price well.

Many ppl in these thread know all the basics & skills ...but they underestimate their name picking abilities because they don't have the required funds to scale and for renewals and to keep a robust portfolio especially when u have to use the proceeds of domaining for other personal bills.

But yet come saying icausetrouble & other gurus should teach them .....will u say icausetrouble should come n teach u hw to nack Ur wife or gf....this is synonymous to domaining.

If someone out of the blue like that isn't in this thread ask to be thought domaining I'd understand but someone in this thread with all the infos....what do u want to be thought again that hasn't been given has a free resource flying everywhere.

As for me I think the biggest problem in domaining self is over proliferation of infos....too many infos and strategies u can't process...so u end up trying to do everything instead of coming up with a simple unique angle.....

But if u do suck all of the infos and patient enough after trying myriads of process u would eventually get it right after some years...

Everyone has there curve ..some ppl may just build up on a little idea and keep it simple like just aiming to reg two-words .coms from drops at reg fee over a year repeating same process and avoiding any other thing else like auctions, trends, backorders, outbound, cctlds...focusing on just that...and may end up becoming successful in just 5 to 6 months then building on that to scale and avoid all the noise.

Another person may decide to try all other things for several years and failing before settling for one method that works and scale from that....u can see everyone's journey & experiences can't be the same in domaining...

I wonder why so many people here doubt high figure sales.

I am sure there are many silent guys who make a lot of money selling domains, we just sit and watch.

First I do not find it comfortable listing the name I sold in a public place like this. Just does not make sense, secondly, many of my clients pay extra to ensure you agree to an NDA.

The amount alone should motivate those that wish to be motivated. In the last 6 months I have sold about 8 domain names for well OVER $150k, I will never sell a domain less than $15k. Once you make an inquiry I know you are interested for sure.

I got into this business without realizing it was a business, I am still not into it full time, but I can smell a good domain name miles away, I don't mind spending a lot to acquire since I know it will be sold ultimately.

For those that are struggling to sell, be patient, so long as your names are good, a buyer will always come your way.

I rarely get repetitive sales. D sales doesn't have pattern or are repetitive. No particular city or niche. They include any city, any state and any niche. My own na if end user dey and no one else has similar variant(outbound) I'm good to go. That way u can get sales through out the year since your portfolio isn't predictive or has a pattern that sometimes may boom in a particular time of the year or not boom at all at certain times.

I've already done 2 sales diz month with a portfolio of around 112. I may get one or two sales again to round up the month or even no sales. Whatever!
