The road has served us well for nearly 20yrs without potholes. The road is dualized - 60kms from Nairobi - and near Nakuru town - and in hilly sections there is a climbing lane.

And now French are building us a 2 billion dollars (almost) expressway - toll road.

The 233-kilometre contract that was awarded to a French consortium made up of Vinci Highways SAS, Meridian Infrastructure Africa Fund, and Vinci Concessions SAS last year will see the road expanded into a four-lane dual carriageway through a Public-Private Partnership model.

There will be 4km elevated expressway in Nakuru town.

Such roads and pavement in kenya are rarity - not the norm. And they are backlog from pre-chinese arrival.

Unfortunately for you we don’t believe. Most videos of Kenyan that I have watched happen to have their roads that way. Without talking too much up to langata and see for yourself. Or thika road,or ruaka poverty village farming town . Dude the list is endless.
